Pros:

When we enter the room was smell not dress as the window can’t open so no fresh air at all. The part of it that they have the hiding cost for parking car which cost you 40 euro per night, you can’t cancel your booking anymore when you arrive at the hotel . This parking fee information suppose to be explain in your booking so no surprice cost

Moyen j'ai pu en profiter en dehors de l'hôtel
Cons:

Réveiller par alarme incendie à 06h00 du matin ( fausse alerte) selon eux entre temps tout le monde a quitter le bâtiment.
N'est pas être loger dans une chambre familiale comme décrite sur la réservation être séparée de ma famille par inattention du service sur la réservation... pppfff!!!

Cons:

Brandalarm ging af om iets over 06:00. Stonden buiten in onze pyama. Totaal geen communicatie of excuses bij het weer naar binnen gaan. Omdat er geen brandweer te zien was waarschijnlijk vals alarm maar het was wel zo netjes geweest als er iemand van het personeel bij de ingang had gestaan.

Solides Hotel für einen Stadttrip nach Amsterdam
Pros:

Die Lage ist direkt an einer Bahnstation. Direkt Verbindung in mitten Amsterdam.
Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ist gut, aber nichts großes extravagantes.

Cons:

Teure Tiefgarage und jedesmal muss das Personal extra informiert werden, wenn man an sein Auto möchte und extra aufmachen kommen. Wenn man mal nicht daran denkt, darf man entspannt die 200m von Garage wieder zum Hotel laufen um das Personal zu informieren, damit jemand aufmachen kommt. Für den Stellplatzpreis, absolut inakzeptabel und nicht sehr Professionell.

L'accueil du personnel. La literie. La propreté. La proximité de la gare et du stade.

Le prix du parking en plus du coût important de la chambre. La petit déjeuner: qualité des ingrédients. Très industriel. Pas de vrai jus par exemple mais des machines chimiques. Pas digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles et du prix du séjour.
