We were well looked after by the staff, the included breakfast was wonderful and the location was perfect.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and the location was incredibly convenient.

The beds were too firm for my liking but obviously that is a personal issue, not really a hotel issue.

Katastrophe für viel Geld!

Lediglich die Nähe zum Bahnhof und das wars!

Cons:

Wir haben viel Geld für ein Hotel mit einem gewissen Standard bezahlt, um dann festzustellen das die Zimmer ekelhaft verschmutzt waren (große Flecken auf Teppichen im Zimmer sowie an den Wänden/Badezimmer total verschmutzt u.a. mit langen Haaren).
Es gab weder eine Klobürste auf dem Zimmer noch sonst irgendwelchen Standard. Keine Ahnung wie man es sich dort vorstellt ohne Klobürste die Toilette sauber verlassen zu können...Dann kommt noch hinzu das die Toilette im Zimmer sofort verstopft war und wir zwei Tage lang mit einer verstopften Toilette klarkommen mussten! Man bezahlt soviel Geld damit die Rezeption mir sagt das es keinen Techniker gibt bzw dieser erst in zwei Tagen kommt?? Der "Techniker" war übrigens derselbe Mensch der morgens am Buffet gearbeitet hat. Es ist ein absoluter Witz! Als "Wiedergutmachung", da Mann uns angeblich kein anderes Zimmer geben konnte, durften wir uns ein Gratis-Getränk holen(?!) und sind gezwungen die öffentlichen Toiletten für alle Gäste zu nutzen?!! Es gab weder Geld zurück noch sonst irgendwas! Der reinste Betrug.
Das billige Buffet war jeden Tag mit kalten,harten Aufbackbrötchen gefüllt die JEDEN Tag mit einfachem Scheibenkäse sowie Putenbrust belegt werden konnten. Mehr Auswahl gab es nicht an Belag oder Brot!
EINE Kaffemaschine für das komplette Hotel!?!?!
Am letzten Tag war geplant dass wir ein paar Stunden in der Lobby sitzen werden um auf unseren Zug zu warten, das verging uns aber recht schnell da die Sitze total versifft waren und jeder einzelne Stuhl oder Sofa verschmutzt waren und das so stark dass man sich dort nicht draufsetzen wollte/konnte.
Ich bin nicht pingelig aber es war einfach widerlich die Zustände dort... der billige Komfort und das billige Hotelbuffet waren ein Witz! Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war ein absoluter Witz und man merkt einfach dass das viele Geld einfach kein bisschen in das Hotel oder sonst was gesteckt wird...

Bedden veel te hard (pocketmatras op plank ipv bedbodem). Verwacht je niet in dit verder luxe hotel

Für einen Kurztrip in Ordnung aber nicht für einen langen Urlaub.
Pros:

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal und die Lage war wirklich hervorragend. Die Betten sehr bequem und unser Zimmer war bei Ankunft sauber.

Cons:

Zu wenig Platz beim Frühstück und auch bei 7 Nächten keine Abwechslung beim Frühstück. Ständig war ein Kaffeeautomat kaputt. Die Sessel und die Couch in der Lobby sehr abgenutzt und dreckig. Tägliche Kloverstopfung.
