Great stay, easy transport links into the centre. Lovely staff who went above and beyond.
Pros:

Staff were so lovely and friendly. We are a media company and we had lots of filming equipment and the staff allowed us to store this in a meeting room overnight which was amazing. Clean rooms and great that they have toiletries.

Cons:

My wifi didn't work in my room but luckily my colleagues one did so we were able to connect to theirs.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, um Veranstaltungen im Stadion zu besuchen. Metro-Station direkt vor der Tür.

Cons:

Doppelbett mit nur einer großen Bettdecke. Da wir so nicht gut schlafen können, haben wir sofort bei Anreise um 14 Uhr um eine weitere Decke gebeten. Bis 20 Uhr hat sich nichts getan, also haben wir nachgefragt. Uns wurde für den nächsten Tag eine Decke zugesagt, leider haben wir keine bekommen.

Pros:

The room had more than enough space for one person, and in general looked nice and was enjoyable to stay in. I was surprised to receive free drink vouchers in exchange for not having housekeeping come in the morning, definitely a great first impression. Location is amazing for concerts, and the train/metro station is right there, and getting to Amsterdam Centraal and Utrecht takes no more than 20-30 minutes.

Cons:

The room was a bit cold, I tried turning up the thermostat but didn't feel like it did anything. I also couldn't figure out how to turn off the fan, it was a bit loud. Breakfast was so-so, for the price tag I expected a bit more. The TV also didn't work, I was hoping to stream some videos on it, but there was no internet connection or channels available (in fairness, I did not notify staff about this and I probably could've).
