Was a total joy to stay in our little courtyard room. Hope to go back there again one day!
Pros:

That lovely little courtyard was very special.
Also Sebastian was so very helpful with all the help we needed! Tour schedules, maps, luggage storage. He is very valuable to your hotel!

Cons:

Our room was a little bit too small, but of course we understand it’s a very old building trying to accommodate modern beds.

Déjeuner très agréable.

Cons:

Avec la chaleur de juillet, le positionnement du ventilateur devrait être réétudié: non inclinable et fixé parallèle au plafond, son efficacité est pratiquement nulle. Dommage.

Ok stay but would not recommend in a warm period

Location great only 10mins walk from palace gates

Cons:

Rooms lack air conditioning, fan ineffective bathroom in ‘superior’ triple is a converted cupboard with no extraction. No lock on bathroom door. Lighting in communal areas only working when activated by motion. Bin far too small for 3 people.

The lack of air conditioning was difficult, but it was still a great place to stay.
Pros:

We have been in many hotels in various European countries over the past four weeks, and we are happy to report that the front desk staff at this hotel has been the best of all!
