No quarto em que fomos acomodados, o exaustor do banheiro não funcionava. O hotel realizou a troca do quarto, o que atendeu as expectativas.

Funcionários atenciosos. Limpeza impecável diariamente com troca de toalhas e lençóis sempre que necessário. Localização privilegiada. Café da manhã delicioso e com variedades. Passei meu aniversário em JP e Solicitei quarto com vista pro mar e fui brilhantemente atendido, me colocaram no 8 andar com uma vista maravilhosa, o que me deixou mais encantado ainda ! Vou voltar e quero a mesma hospedagem, o mesmo FLAT.

Cons:

Sinceramente não tenho o que reclamar. Fui atendido em todos os aspectos.

Os controles dos ar-condicionados ruins. Café da manhã deixa a desejar. Se vc quer um ovo , pega uma fila para passar na hora. Não gostei. A comida esfria esperando o ovo passar

Localização excelente. Não é à beira mar, mas muito próximo. Ótima localização para restaurantes.

Cons:

Quarto muito mal cuidado, cheiro de quarto velho e fechado, limpeza do local muito precária, lençóis velhos e até furados.

Falta manutenção... Ex. Porta da varanda:dificil de abrir. Interruptor da iluminacao na cabeceira da cama: longeda cama, tem que levantar para acender ou apagar.
