It was good
Pros:

I enjoyed the friendliness of the front deak - the rooftop was beautiful and had an amazing ambiance
the rooftop employees need to work on being kind the person checking ID the bouncer was very rude and at the checkin after you get upstairs the ladies were not nice

Good location nice lobby and rooftop

Cons:

Room was filthy, furniture was chipped and damaged. Bathroom had mold in shower, wallpaper peeling. It was disappointing

Really like this hotel but felt a bit cold, like the staff couldn’t care less
Pros:

Great location, lovely big spacious room

Cons:

Shower was disappointing, staff unaware of what was going on in the hotel. Lovely opportunities but they are not switched on

Loved this beautiful hotel in a great location with great rooftop!!
Pros:

No carpet in rooms. Very spacious. Check in staff was great. Great rooftop but could have had better music and service up there. Pretty restaurant. Great location; very walkable!! Would stay here again!!

Cons:

No folio delivered to room morning of check out. Front desk person at check out wasn’t dressed properly, had snacks all on desk and scratch paper. Smelled like weed at entrance every time I came in and out. Unable to use my streaming apps without paying extra for connection app. Bathroom door was warm warped and like water damage.
