A poor value
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room was dirty. The light switches mostly didn't work. The bathroom faucet leaked all over the counter. The furniture was very beat up. The feel of the room was college dorm room.

Cons:

The room I stayed in on the 16th floor was extremely noisy. There was an incredibly disturbing noise, possibly coming from the elevator system. The noise would start around 6:30–7:00 AM, making it almost impossible for me to sleep properly or get any rest throughout my stay. This significantly affected my overall experience.

In addition, an extra USD 949.29 was incorrectly charged to my credit card. The hotel acknowledged the mistake, but despite my repeated reminders, the refund has still not been processed. This has been very disappointing.

On a positive note, the hotel staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. The cleanliness was very good, and the location was excellent.

Unfortunately, the excessive noise and the unresolved refund issue significantly affected my stay, leaving me dissatisfied with the overall experience.
