Clean rooms and amazing staff
Pros:

Amazing experience from my check in with Chris until the end with the sweet front desk! Everything was so good! Our room was spotless when we arrived. The room was so spacious & looks newly renovated. Not sure if that is true but definitely looks like it. I am so glad I picked this hotel! We had breakfast the next morning & my skillet was delicious! I am definitely staying here again! Great experience!!!!

The room was nice once they gave us a better one I reserved the one bedroom suite and The first room we had was like a prison. it was awful the furniture was old it smelt like no one had stayed in there in ages. It was a smaller suite. We called up and the receptionist stated we had to wait to see if anyone checked out in the morning to change rooms.. however when I called in the morning there were rooms to change immediately. Considering it was my partners birthday that was a bit annoying.

Cons:

The phone in the living room didn’t work. The tv in the living room didn’t allow us to connect to our phone, the remotes didn’t work! This was all communicated to reception staff who told us someone would come à replace the items or check the tv.. none of that happened. The rooftop was booked out for the weekend so we was unable to use it unless we paid $85 pp considering this is one of the reasons we booked this hotel for the rooftop views, again annoying we couldn’t access this part of the hotel. In my opinion I was already paying too much for what I got, so wasn’t trying to pay more to use hotel facilities

Pros:

We genuinely had an amazing stay! This was our second time staying at this hotel and the staff was so attentive and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, spotless, and really comfortable. We loved grabbing a drink at the 4th-floor bar after being out in the city, and the location couldn’t have been better. It made getting around Chicago incredibly easy. Excellent customer service all around. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Pros:

Staff were friendly and the facilities were incredibly clean and very well maintained.
The lobby did get a little busy at times with large groups waiting. The smell of the lobby was divine!!

The location can't be beat. An easy walk to the hustle and bustle but it itself was on a relaxed street. Heaps of incredible restaurants and bars in just blocks away. The target around the corner was very handy.

Die Unterkunft hat mir gar nicht gefallen- weil ich war Alleinreisende und habe das Hotel so gewählt dass ich am Abend in der Hotelbar sein kann. Das schöne Foto ist sehr irreführend weil von meinen 3 Tagen Aufenthalt war die Hotelbar an 3 Tagen für private Events geschlossen- den lärm durfte man sich jedoch schon anhören- das habe ich bereits bei meinem Aufenthalt bekanntgegeben- jedoch noch keine Reaktion- muss ich mit dem Hotel Kontakt aufnehmen?
