Cleanliness
9.7
Multiple reviews note the hotel is very clean and well maintained ('Really clean and new', 'Hôtel très propre', 'Établissement très bien tenu').
Service
9.5
Staff frequently described as welcoming, friendly and responsive; occasional operational pressure at breakfast due to large groups but service itself praised.
Location
8.2
Located in a commercial/industrial zone with limited nearby attractions and unclear external signage; nevertheless offers easy tram access to Dijon and convenient parking.
Room Quality
9.5
Rooms described as spacious, comfortable beds, good bathrooms and amenities like Nespresso; some guests reported poor soundproofing and an uncomfortable plastic under-sheet in one case.
Amenities
7.6
Mixed: free parking and a small pool are positives, but several guests noted missing items (no kettle, no bottled water, no fridge or bathrobe in some rooms).
Value for Money
8.3
Generally seen as good for business stopovers with included parking, though a few guests felt the hotel did not meet expectations for a four-star level.
Food and Beverage
8.8
Breakfast reports vary from average to excellent and varied; buffet is generally appreciated but can become chaotic when large groups are present; fresh orange juice highlighted as a plus.
Overall Experience
9.6
Overall positive guest experience with many 'excellent' and 'perfect' stays; main drawbacks affecting experience are noise/insulation, breakfast crowding, and some missing in-room amenities.

Pros:

Comfortable hotel perfect for quick stopover
Pros:

Really clean and new hotel. Bit of a strange location with not much going on nearby. Breakfast was average at best.

Top pour une nuit
Pros:

Two night tourism stay for Dijon
Pros:

We arrived in a heavy rainstorm and had a difficult time finding the hotel. The hotel needs its own clear and visible direction sign at the turn-off at its nearest roundabout.

We had a ‘comfort room’ and it was precisely that; very comfortable. A nice room, good walk-in shower, Nespresso machine and kettle. Good breakfast. A very comfortable king size bed.

Parking outside the hotel or lock-up car park.

A great Italian restaurant DelArte only two minutes walk away.

Easy tram connection in to Dijon after a short walk. Tram cost€1.70 each way.
