當晚訂的是*豪華*四人房一進門就看到毛髮、指甲屑、葡萄籽、灰塵、隱形眼鏡，感覺很不舒服了，要入寢時看到床單都是污漬，當下請櫃檯人員換床單，櫃檯人員要讓我們換房間，這時全家人玩到都很累了，還要收拾東西換到另外一間房間感覺真的很糟（有一位客服胖弟弟全部都有手機拍照），甚至爲了這件還跟先生鬧的不愉快，我們訂的是*豪華*四人房，請問豪華在哪？請主管檢視一下
對了，從外面上來1F的樓梯，都是泥巴落葉，請問這要怎麼走

Cons:

說是有spa但其實只有游泳池，整棟健身房、桌球室、spa池都沒開
房間很多小蟲蚊子
冷氣會漏水（像水柱一樣，後來有換房間）
假日早餐很普通
房間設施老舊、油漆很糟，白天還聽到員工在樓梯間吵架
