⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The cleanliness, hospitality, and overall service exceeded our expectations.

We would especially like to thank Mr. Roger and Mr. San for their outstanding kindness and support. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to help us with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome and made the hotel feel like a home away from home.

Thank you, Mr. Roger and Mr. San, for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to stay here again! ⭐

A quaint boutique hotel.
Pros:

Reception staff was very attentive, welcoming and helpful. They spoke good English. Room was very comfortable and clean. Decor lives up to the word "boutique" in it's name. Would book again on next trip to Hanoi.

Cons:

The balcony was a bit tiny but it comes with being in the heart of Hanoi.

Za 3 týdny cestování po Vietnamu jsem nenarazila na lepší a čistější hotel. Maximálně doporučuji. Velmi milý a ochotný personál, skvělé snídaně a nejvíc oceňuji naprostou čistotu pokoje

الاقامه جدا ممتازه وقريبه من الخدمات وكانت السيده Jane كثيرا وكانت أمينه معنا لقد نسيت بعض الأغراض المهمه وتواصلت معنا وأبلغتنا

The location.

Cons:

We got a room with air conditioner that didn’t work. Asked for a new room but was told that all rooms were occupied. Until I said that I would give them “true review” then suddenly that was another room “available”. The breakfast was poor. Was pretty pricey but didn’t live it up at all. Would not recommend this hotel to others.
