Locación, las chicas de recepción son muy atentas,la vibra de la casa estilo boutique, desayuno algo básico pero suficiente, checkin rápido, habitación muy amplia, la limpieza absoluta de la habitación.
- algunas manchas en el techo de la habitación que no debían estar allí
- manchas pequeñas en la funda de la almohada
- el aire acondicionado generaba un pequeño ruido
- el café del desayuno tenía un sabor algo extraño
- el baño de la habitación, aunque limpio, no tenía decoración alguna

Una casa antigua reciclada muy bonita, con un piano de pared afinado y excelente atención, buen desayuno! La habitación nos quedaba muy cómoda porque estábamos con nuestra hija que es pequeña y entonces no tuvimos que mover tanto el cochecito y bolsos. Nos agregaron una cuna sin cargo para la niña.
No tengo quejas, todo muy bien. Volveremos !
Lovely big room, very attractively furnished, and the staff were super helpful and kind.
If you prefer/ want to have a bath, the shower divide makes it difficult to get in and out.
Magnolia was wonderful in every way! The hotel is beautiful and classic, rooms spacious and clean, breakfasts fresh and delicious, and location great in Palermo - easy for walking to bars and restaurants. Importantly the staff were wonderful and gracious, always helpful and welcoming. When our flight back to London got cancelled at the last minute, they were very accommodating and we were able to book and stay an extra night. We stayed almost a week and it was home away from home - thank you again.

The fantastic staff and great tasty breakfast made our stay pleasant. The hotel is attractive and makes a great visual impression. Our issue is the maintenance of room facilities and the uncomfortable foam mattresses. We changed our initial room due to a clogged sink and noisy air conditioner to a room with an air conditioner that wasn't able to cool it. We did not sleep well for two-days. Again, the staff tried to do all they could for us, they were awesome.
