Pros:

- местоположение в самом центре Нячанга, до ТЦ Нячанг Центр и Golden Cost 10 минут пешком, в другую сторону в 10 минутах множество ресторанчиков
- до пляжа 2 минуты по тоннелю, где есть туалет и душ
- завтраки хорошие, разнообразные: 4 вида яйц (вкутую, глазунья, скрэмбл, омлет с овощами, ветчиной и сыром), фрукты, выпечка, роллы, хлопья, сосиски и т.д.; удобно, что ресторан открывается уже в 5:40, поэтому можно успеть позавтракать перед ранним выездом на экскурсию или в аэропорт
- номер очень большой, кровати и подушки удобные, кондиционер работает хорошо
- хороший курс обмена валют

Cons:

- отель старый, в номере пахнет затхлостью
- на фасаде балконов нет, поэтому все номера с балконами с видом на город
- бассейн маленький и находится под крышей, т.е. все время в тени, и с кучей народу
- тоннель на пляж темный, грязный с неприятными запахами

- отель старый, в номере пахнет затхлостью
- тоннель тёмный и грязный
- бесплатных лежаков на пляже очень мало, занять невозможно
- пляж не широкий, платные лежаки по 300 000 донгов, и к 16:00 их уже все убирают с пляжа, а отдыхающих чуть ли не выгоняют с них

Cons:

Not enough sun beds on the beach or at the pool to accommodate the amount of people at the hotel.
It would be good if the hotel pool was opened later.

Никому не рекомендую и сам в этот отель не вернусь!

Хорошее расположение в самом центре городской набережной.

Cons:

Хочу начать с того, что этот отель точно не 5*, и даже не 4*
Бронировали один из самых дорогих номеров в отеле, с двумя спальнями и гостинной. Описание номера плохое - не указан вид из окна (противоположная от моря + на стройку), не указано, что обе спальни без окон!!, мебели совсем нет, номера большие и пустые. Вся стоимость такого номера за счет балкона с креслами, но балкон точно не нужен, сидеть и днём, и вечером на жаре нет никакого желания.
Замена этого номера была очень трудной: персонал явно не хотел делать замену. Предлагали писать в поддержку Букин.ком, сами лишь говорили отговорки. После долгих ругательств, через день, пошли на замену, дали два номера делюкс с видом на море. По цене одинаково.
Уборка номеров УЖАСНАЯ! За 12 дней ни разу не протёрли журнальный столик, заляпанный фруктами, ни разу не пропылесосили ковровое. Только замена полотенец и поставили воду и всё. Было два раза - приходили в 8 утра, открывали дверь сами.
Бесплатных лежаков на пляже КРАЙНЕ МАЛО! Их занимают в 5-6 утра и держат весь день. Всем остальным платить 200 тыс донгов за один лежак.
Громких китайцев ОЧЕНЬ много. На завтраке не выносимо!
Лифты работают медленно, ждать приходится долго.
Сейф в номере работает плохо, два раза сейф открылся самостоятельно, возможно батарейка разряжена.
Депозит за номер 100 долларов, имейте в виду.
Минибар (платный) совсем слабый, две лапши и бутылка водки.
Бар на крыше - один вечерок скоротать, во второй раз идти не хочется.
Бассейн оставил лишь негативное впечатление. Из-за большого количества отдыхающих и плохой уборки вокруг лужи, плохие запахи, мало места. Сауна работает до 7 вечера - крайне не удобно, днём в сауну никто не пойдет, а вечером она закрылась.
Одним словом - никому не рекомендую и сам сюда не вернусь!

Cons:

The lifts were a horror show, very poorly designed and synced, we had to wait a minimum of 3-5 minutes each time we needed to use it, i understand it’s a 40+ floor hotel but there are 6 lifts and they don’t seem to be working as they should be
They also asked us for a insurance deposit when checking in, it was the only time we got asked about that in our 6 hotels stays in Vietnam…

The Breakfast, I mean, i basically had fruits for breakfast my whole stay, and i’m a foodie. The egg station chef was rude as well

Also, i expected a better bed when staying in a queen suite, not a creaking one

Pros:

Location was great, rooms very clean and spacious, staff were very friendly

Cons:

Other visitors were loud in the corridors at 11.30 at night, pool was also very cold, could of done with heating up a few more degrees

The hotel room and public areas of the hotel were clean

Cons:

Only 6 elevators for all the rooms, they were very slow during peak hours
however, the staff did try and remedy the situation by having employees stay in the elevators and try and make it faster for guests

The location, the tunnel to the beach, the chairs and beds at the beach were great
the size and affordability of the rooms were excellent
The shops within walking distance, along with food options that is not associated with hotel were also great

Cons:

for the amount of rooms at the hotel, during peak hours, for instance, during breakfast and during the afternoon when people would most likely go to the beach, the elevators were a little slow, maybe a 2-3 minute wait
