Pros:

Location was great, rooms very clean and spacious, staff were very friendly

Cons:

Other visitors were loud in the corridors at 11.30 at night, pool was also very cold, could of done with heating up a few more degrees

Tunnel to the beach was very helpful
Staff was very nice and accommodating
The hotel room and public areas of the hotel were clean

Cons:

Only 6 elevators for all the rooms, they were very slow during peak hours
however, the staff did try and remedy the situation by having employees stay in the elevators and try and make it faster for guests

The location, the tunnel to the beach, the chairs and beds at the beach were great
the size and affordability of the rooms were excellent
The shops within walking distance, along with food options that is not associated with hotel were also great

Cons:

for the amount of rooms at the hotel, during peak hours, for instance, during breakfast and during the afternoon when people would most likely go to the beach, the elevators were a little slow, maybe a 2-3 minute wait

Facilities were great but a little run down. I wouldn’t suggest staying in this hotel or this part of nha Trang if you’re not Russian but still very nice. Great beach acess

Great but...
Pros:

Room and views were fantastic, buffet breakfast was great, friendly staff.

Cons:

Pool area had no vibe and not enough lounges. Could never get a seat and too crowded and noisy. The wait for the lifts was horrendous. Rear lift for levels 6 - 21 that no one used was not helpful as no one used them and we were on floor 38. Took ages to get to G floor and the lifts were always over crowded and hot.
