A great stay in Station 1, 5 mins from the beach. The staff were communicative before my stay and arranged airport pickup. Room was super clean and cleaned daily. It was nice having a pool to dip in after a day in saltwater. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it. Great value for money.
The shower head could use an update and the shower pressure could be better.

Great place to stay in Boracay if on a budget yet have high standards. The room was spacious and clean, bathroom nice, amenities satisfactory, location great ~ 5-min walk to White Beach. The walk back uphill is a nice bonus (cardio) each time after all the food crawls and happy hour drinks. Staff very polite and friendly; Jeremy in particular was really helpful and attentive.
Location can be misleading even with google maps. On tuktuk, we were dropped off initially at the main street opposite White Beach, but we followed the instructions the hotel gave on WhatsApp and shared the same info to the driver. Still had to make a quick stop or two at hotels on the way to make sure we were on the right track. But we reached it in no time.
Очень приятный и вежливый персонал отеля. Помогли нам забронировать трансфер, были очень доброжелательны. Номер чистый и просторный, солнечный и с балкона каждый вечер был виден закат. Очень советую!
Pool, staff (kuya Jeremy and nanay)
The rooms were a great size and very clean. Breakfast everyday was 10/10. All of the staff extremely friendly and helpful. It’s also off the main road so even though you’re close to the main area, you can’t hear noise at night! 5 minute walk from the most famous boracay beach

This accommodation truly exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to our balcony each morning at a time of our choosing (between 7–10), which was a lovely touch.
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—just a couple of minutes from the beach and close to a great selection of restaurants.
Overall, this place offers excellent value for money, and we would definitely recommend it.
We did find it slightly difficult to locate on arrival, as the map pin on Booking.com was inaccurate, but the host kindly came to find us, which we really appreciated.
Good location - by station 1 and you can walk to the beach/cafes in 3-4 minutes. Plenty of restaurants and a 7-eleven nearby. Decent sized rooms, comfy bed, and attentive staff. There are four types of breakfast which you choose daily. We stayed for 1 month and were very comfortable there.

Чистый и достаточно просторный номер. Небольшой бассейн, но в основном он только ваш. Вкусный завтрак, который приносят прямо на ваш столик, лучший пляж на острове в 300м от номера. Спокойно, нет толпы, а к петухам привыкаешь за пару дней, можно прямо из номера смотреть закаты
Метров 70 это подьем к номеру, но не критично. Найти виллу - это квест, обязательно уточните у водителя, чтобы он знал, где она находится, потому что карты приведут вас не туда. Мы искали ее 2 часа. На фото поворот к вилле, немного пройти по этому проулку и направо, потом вверх на холм
El personal es muy amable, tuvimos un problema de ruido de un generador del local de al lado pero nos cambiaron de habitación sin problema y el resto de estancia estuvimos muy bien. Tiene. 3 tipos de desayunos bastante completos. La habitación es amplia y cómoda, el baño también y una pequeña piscina casi privada
Aunque no es cosa del hotel, hay bastante ruido externo ( perros, gallos y a veces el generador del hotel de al lado) así que si te molestan los ruidos lleva tapones ( en la isla no venden, estuvimos buscando) También hay una cuesta que, aunque a nosotros no nos importó, puede ser moletas si no tienes vehiculo
Месторасположение супер! Ребята очень приветливы и заботливы, рядом 7/11, море 3 минуты в неспешном режиме, бассейн всегда очень чистый, уборки через день - очень чисто
