Habitación pequeña. Baño pequeñisimo. El inodoro literalmente junto a la pared, tenias que sentarte de lado....incomprensible....
Desayuno pobre
No hay servicio de bar, si llegas por la noche no puedes comprar una botella de agua.....
No es un hotel de 4 estrellas

Lo único rescatable del hotel es su situación.

Cons:

Un desastre de habitación. Había una terraza y las puertas no cerraban con lo entraba frío en la habitación. La puerta del servicio no se podía cerrar. No había agua caliente. La habitación estrechísima y no había lugar donde colocar y dejar la ropa. El wifi, como si no hubiera pues funcionaba lentísimo. El desayuno que se anunciaba como estupendo, era bastante pobre. Y por último, lo que nunca nos ha ocurrido en un hotel. Nos retrasamos unos minutos en salir de la habitación, y nos llamaron por teléfono para avisarnos que teniamos que desalojarla. En resumen, una experiencia horrible.

Pros:

La atención del personal excelente. Muy amables y atentos, enespecial Gabriel el encargado de recibirnos!!!
El desayuno continental completo y de calidad!!!

Cons:

La habitación estuvo bien,. El baño muy chico.
Y lo que realmente sorprendió fue el colchón vencido y al cual se le salió una punta de los resortes lo que molestó mucho al dormir.

Cons:

Diz que tem banheira, mas não tem a tampa para o ralo; ou seja, a banheira não tem como encher. Este ponto foi decepcionante. Melhor não informar que tem banheira. No total, até agora ficamos 5 dias, nos 3 primeiros dias pedimos a tampa e não nos retornaram. Depois desistimos.
