Room was well appointed. Staff was polite. Check In Check Out was smooth. Breakfast was fine.
All in all it was good for business travel

No smoking rooms available
My room did not have towels kept. After asking housekeeping all I got was bath towels - no face towels - no bath mat

The swimming pool was well maintained and functional. The food was excellent. The service was very good and the lobby is very inviting

The exhaust fans in the toilets is not working. The blinds are difficult to draw because the strings are unapproachable. The glass panes of the rooms are stained and dirty

Check-in wasn't smooth, as the check-in staff didn't give us the room we expected, and it took almost 1 hour for us to shift into another room; it was a bit of a pain as we were tired of travel ...
They also need to work on their welcome drink; it wasnt refreshing at all.
