It was a wonderful stay. Rooms are bigger in size.. only the Breakfast was not that up to the mark as per your standard. Rest all was good.

Nice hotel in a quiet place.
Pros:

Huge hotel with a lot of green around it. All the staff members were very pleasing and always smiling.
Nikita at Breakfast was very attentive and courteous like every member there.

Cons:

Variety in breakfast was not star quality not so great as one expected.

There were no shops or cafes around the hotel.

Cons:

Hotel itself was decent, but the staff’s attitude was disappointing. Some members of the staff were rude and came across as arrogant and unprofessional. The way guests were treated could definitely be improved. Good hospitality is about making guests feel welcome and respected, and unfortunately, that was missing during my stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the customer experience
