Pros:

I recently stayed at this property for 4-5 days and would like to share my experience.

The property is located in a peaceful and pleasant area, making it a great place to relax. The overall atmosphere is welcoming, and the surroundings are calm and well-maintained.

The food quality was good, and most dishes were flavorful and enjoyable throughout our stay.

A special mention goes to Mr. Abhishek Thakur from the breakfast service team. He was exceptionally attentive, courteous, and professional. He regularly checked on guests, ensured our requests were fulfilled, and was always willing to help with a smile. His dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out and added significant value to our stay.

Cons:

Before arrival, we had requested a welcome note and received confirmation that the request had been noted. However, it was not arranged upon check-in. After 2-3 days, we brought the matter to the attention of Ms. Iqra, who promptly took care of it and ensured it was arranged. While her assistance was appreciated, it would have been better if the request had been fulfilled as promised before our arrival.

We had specifically requested a room on a higher floor, but were allotted a room on the second floor instead. It would have been helpful if the request had been accommodated or if a reason had been communicated during check-in.

The gym requires some maintenance. The grips on several machines were not very comfortable, and some equipment felt stiff, as though regular lubrication and servicing had been overlooked.

Housekeeping could pay more attention to detail. While the room appeared clean overall, the corners of both the room and bathroom were noticeably untidy and could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

Breakfast Experience:-

The breakfast spread lacked variety, particularly when it came to beverages, as the same juice was served every day. The cold buffet remained almost identical

throughout our stay, with very limited changes.

The omelette served to us was undercooked, even after the issue was communicated twice. There appeared to be communication gaps within the service team. Staff members frequently approached tables asking whether certain dishes had been ordered by them, despite table numbers being clearly displayed. Better coordination between the kitchen and service staff would improve the dining experience.

Cons:

Despite coming back after few weeks; the defective card slot of the lift has not been repaired. There was no staff available at the club lounge and was deserted.

Flawless service, legendary breakfast - The Lalit sets the bar high.
Pros:

Top-notch service and quality throughout - The Lalit delivers exactly what you expect from the brand and then some. But the real showstopper? The breakfast buffet. Absolutely mind-blowing spread - we’d honestly go back just for that.

Cons:

No complaints at all. One small suggestion - it would be a thoughtful touch to have bottle sterilisers available on request for guests travelling with babies. A small addition that would make a big difference for families.
