Pros:

The breakfast was good. Excellent variety and quick service.
The size of the hotel was excellent.
The departure was superb.

Cons:

The pool needed cleaning.
The filter must be put on more regularly.
The pool attendant was absent .
Shoes given to housekeeping for cleaning were not done properly.
Morning newspaper was not supplied despite reminder.

Pros:

We stayed for a night so it was excellent. Room size was huge, facilities were good, staff was excellent and breakfast was a huge spread. Overall excellent hotel. Not sure about location as didn't go out anywhere so cannot comment on connectivity. But we were very happy with our stay. Thankyou.

Pros:

Outstanding and gorgeous place to sink in. Good pallate food and cusine throughout the day and night.

Calm and serene place. Room is spacious with all amenities we expect for.

Small swimming pool and decent gym.

Spa is there but at a decent to high price range.

Cons:

Not much expect for poll's depth and dress code.

Strongly recommend place for a long or short visit. Hope OKA restaurant improves
Pros:

Breakfast was great with a wide variety of dishes served and all tasting great!! Could keep more fresh juices instead of only watermelon juice.

Cons:

Dinner at OKA was not so great - food was average - frozen prawns used in the dishes and even the sushi ordered next day was just average. Staff was great though
