I got the business studio it was big and really nice
The pool was a bit outdated and the location wasn’t great but close to airport
Was very clean and elegant and felt safe with key card for elevator .
The restaurant in the hotel was very bad . There were about 8 people there and we waited a hour and a half for our dinner and then it was not good.

Massive room with plenty of space to spread out and adjust my luggage for upcoming long haul trip. All of the staff were lovely and helpful, especially the nice young man who helped me with my luggage and the airport shuttle driver.
Shower was weak and hot hot enough.

Al hacer el check out olvidé mi telefono celular en el front desk del hotel .
Al darme cuenta de aquello y rastreando que el I Phone se encontraba en el hotel , regresé a los 20 minutos al hotel a buscarlo.
Inicialmente me señalan que no lo encontraron , pero al poco rato , al revisar las cámaras me imagino , me escriben del hotel y me indican que efectivamente se me quedó en el mesón , pero que alguien se lo llevó.
Lamentablemente el hotel no ha asumido ninguna responsabilidad por este robo ni ha respondido a mis mails.

Food at the restaurant was pricey, and the quality was not up to par.
I don't find Miami a particularly friendly city but that all changes when you enter the oasis of the EB Hotel. Every stay has been excellent but this one I did have an issue with the AC in the original room assigned to me. I discussed it with Aurelio the front desk manager and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy .He deserves a raise and promotion as he's a great asset to this hotel. Just 5 star customer service all the way around. Also for this price point the rooms and amenities cant be beat either. It's the only place I'll stay in Miami.

No complaints
Just checked in today after our airport pick up by our friendly hotel driver and I must say the hotel is gorgeous! Ava was at the front desk and could not have been anymore helpful. My husband and I arrived at 12. Our room wasn’t supposed to be ready until 4 but the amazing Ava hooked us up. The room was five star! We headed to the pool, which was heated to relax. After that it was lunch in the restaurant. The yuca bites were delicious along with everything we had. We will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we cruise again

We stayed overnight on our way home to Seattle. Our flight time caused us some challenges because of how late it was. Aurelio at the front desk really helped us out making sure we had the time we needed at the hotel before we flew out. Thank you Aurelio!

Weird Room Layout with a murphy bed pulled out upon entry and main bedroom quite deep down the room. Bathroom between the two sleeping areas.
Upon checkin I was lucky enough to have Aurelio at the front desk. He gave me several courtesies which l greatly appreciated!

We absolutely loved this hotel. Clean, modern, huge rooms with the kind of amenities you get at the upper end of the chain hotels, like Ritz and Intercontinental. Beautiful big full marble and glass baths, staff that is super friendly and accomodating. Their parking ramp is huge. We paid an amount that was so small it was a pure insult to how lovely the room was and the staff just continued to smile and appreciate our staying there. Incredible!
