Marie at the front desk defined what customer service is supposed to be, but so rarely is. Friendly, kind, helpful. Because of Marie, we decided to stay two additional nights at this hotel instead of changing to another hotel. Thank you!

After a long night and an exhausting flight, arriving at this hotel completely turned my mood around. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, especially Ruby — she and the team truly made this stay memorable with their warmth and attentiveness. On top of the excellent service, the breakfast was great, the rooms were comfortable, and the location made everything easy to access. Truly thankful for the experience. Highly recommend!

Dear Hotel Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel.
Unfortunately, our experience fell far below the standard we expected, especially considering we paid nearly $400 for a single night's stay.
When we arrived, the bathroom in our room had clearly not been cleaned properly. There was a dirty washcloth still hanging in the shower, which immediately raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the room. It was very disappointing to check into what should have been a clean, ready room only to find evidence that it had not been properly serviced.
In addition, the check-in experience was extremely frustrating. The front desk associate was dismissive and unhelpful throughout the payment process. The issue was not with our payment method, but rather that she did not know how to process a payment through Zip. Instead of attempting to resolve the situation professionally, she placed the responsibility on us. I ultimately had to contact Zip Customer Service myself so they could walk her through the payment process.
Between the unclean room and the discourteous customer service we received, our stay was not the quality of experience we expected for the amount we paid. Guests should be able to expect a clean room and courteous, knowledgeable service upon arrival.
I hope you will review this matter with your housekeeping and front desk staff and consider appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment we experienced. I would appreciate your response regarding how you intend to address these concerns.

Great hotel! Great breakfast choices! Marie at the front desk was amazing! She held our bags and took great care of us! She was very kind and welcoming to all the guests. Thank you for a great place to stay!

Great stay for families. Was welcomed by Ms. Marie upon checking in. She was an absolute sweetheart and was so helpful to our family's needs. My kids enjoyed the pool. There was a life guard, which I appreciate
since my small kids love to play in the pool. The breakfast was a must. Make sure to check the times they open as they close promptly at closing time. My kids saw Ms. Marie again during our stay and enjoyed her presence and she ensured if we needed anything to let them know. Sharon from front desk was helpful to my questions regarding my Target delivery. The janitor we met in the elevator helped with where to see the fireworks. Thank you so much to the staff for making our stay a great and memorable one. Will be recommending to friends.

Very clean and well equipped hotel with excellent location close to Washington DC

Facilities clean, great customer service.

Service was exceptional from housekeeping, to maintenance, to the front desk. Marie at the front desk was so accommodating and kind to our family! We also loved Kayode (front desk), such a sweet person. Lastly we had Estrella for housekeeping and she went above and beyond to help us. We will be back!

The stay was wonderful. Mary was so kind and helpful. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was delicious.

I stayed at the Residence Inn many times visiting our office in the Ballston area. I really enjoy having the kitchen and living room area to relax in after a long day. This day unfortunately I was not feeling very well and Miss Marie made such a difference. She saw I was not feeling well and checked me in quickly and reassured me that if I needed anything she was just a phone call away. When you're traveling alone that makes all the difference in the world to feel that somebody actually cares. So shout out to Miss Marie - You are truly a treasure!
