Amazing location and staff - always a wonderful experience when you stay at the Alfond. The pool is such a relaxing area and the staff was nice and helpful with drinks and food.

Terribly disappointing guest services experience during our wedding weekend. Very impersonal and cold. It was like we were dealing with robots.

Truly love this hotel, everything about it. It feels a lot smaller and more comfortable than it is, which I love. The artwork, look, and feel are charming and just lovely. Great staff.

I have wanted to stay at the hotel for years. My daughter was graduating from Rollins and I was able finally to get two rooms. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and in the best location you could ever want. The staff is so nice and the rooms and facility are top notch. The food was delicious and James at the pool bar is hands down the best bartender / craftsman / mixologist that I have ever met and I was a liquor supplier / broker for 20 years. I have met many and hired many but this guy is an artist. Go get a drink even if you don’t use the beautiful pool. Go to this gorgeous place. You will not be disappointed!

This is a lovely property in a quieter local neighborhood. We were able to walk to many restaurants and shops and also a boat tour on the water from the hotel. This is a great location. The food that we ordered from Hamilton's kitchen was very tasty and fresh. The pool attendant was very friendly.

The Alfond Inn is a beautiful property in Winter Park, FL. Walkable to WP shops and restaurants and Rollins College. We've really enjoyed our stays at The Alfond Inn.

This was an absolutely magical stay with true high-end service in an absolutely perfect location with beautifully appointed rooms. We will be back very soon, and I can’t stop telling people about how much fun we had!

The Alfond in is a gem of a hotel, steps from the center of Winter Park (Orlando) FL. A charming artsy boutique hotel, full of elegant style, and vibrant color. Upon arrival I was greeted by Valentina and Daniella who were most welcoming and friendly. The facilities are excellent, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend to anyone visiting the Orlando area who might want a change of pace from the typical resort hotels.

I absolutely fell in love with The Alfond Inn—it is exactly the kind of sophisticated yet relaxed getaway I look for these days. The hotel manages to feel incredibly upscale without being "stiff," and walking through the halls feels like exploring a private art gallery rather than a lobby. I was so impressed by the service; the staff is genuinely kind and attentive, making you feel like a regular from the second you check in. It’s such a welcoming, and sun-filled space, the perfect location in Winter Park. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and spotless, but it’s that effortless, elegant atmosphere that really won me over.

The staff and whole premises was amazing. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and accommodating. The property itself is beautiful. The neighborhood felt very safe and the main street with restaurants, cafes and boutiques were all walkable distance and gave you diverse food options. The pool and gym were equally as good!

The hotel has recently renovated all of their guest rooms and they are beautiful! The Staff is very accommodating and go out of their way to assist. Hotel is uplifting, fun and looks fresh and inviting. Very pleased with everything!
