値段と駅への距離が良かったけど、施設老朽化なのだろう。
Pros:

スタッフは良かった。

Cons:

古い施設でトイレ、風呂が狭くて。
まで風呂の栓のひもが切れていてお湯は溜めても、栓を抜くのが大変。

一人の素泊まりにしては料金が高い

Pros:

２階に寿司処があるので、朝から海鮮丼食べれて最高です。ネタも多く、器も大きくて良かったです。

Cons:

良くないというか、仕方ない事ですが、大浴場が無かった事。BS、CSが見れなかった事です。

初函館旅行
Pros:

こちらがして欲しいことを私が伝える前にスタッフがしてくれたこと。
戻って来た時に、宿泊客と気付いておかえりなさいませと挨拶してくれたこと。

壁紙の剥がれや汚れ（落ちないので仕方のない汚れだと思います）があった点。
目覚まし時計がなかったこと。
