初函館旅行
Pros:

こちらがして欲しいことを私が伝える前にスタッフがしてくれたこと。
戻って来た時に、宿泊客と気付いておかえりなさいませと挨拶してくれたこと。

壁紙の剥がれや汚れ（落ちないので仕方のない汚れだと思います）があった点。

選べる朝食も良かった。

Cons:

よくないというのでもないが、もう少しホテルの提供物について親切に教えて欲しかったかな。
例えばウェルカムドリンクと書かれたジュースがあったのだが、ウエルカムだから入った時にしか飲めないものなのか宿泊者はいつでも飲めるのかとか、コーヒーメーカーについても何の紹介もなく置いてあるのでなんか一言紹介文でもあればいいのにと思った。聞けばいいことなんだけどね。

楽しい函館旅行の拠点としてとてもよかったです。
Pros:

駅から近くて函館市内観光にとても便利でした。ロビーにコーヒーメーカが置いてあり、コーヒー好きの私にとって、コーヒーがいつでも飲めるのは嬉しかったですね！

Cons:

ホテルは観光業です。帰りに「空港までのバスはどこから？」と聞いたら「わかりません」とのことでした。詳しい函館観光案内はできなくても空港行きのバス停・時間ぐらいは知っておいてほしかった。
