Pros:

Broadwater Shores Apartments exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views from our level 10 balcony. The amenities were excellent, everything was clean, well maintained and comfortable. We had an amazing stay and couldn't have asked for a better place to base ourselves while visiting the theme parks and surfers paradise. We can't wait to book again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Gold Coast.

Pros:

Matthew and Zoe very friendly and helpful. Had a hiccup with our apartment which was rectified quickly. They have only recently taken over managing apartments and hope with a few little improvements future guests will appreciate their stay more.
Location is good shops etc near by.

Cons:

Apartments do need to be updated a bit.

Beautiful view over water. Comfortable and well maintained apartment
Pros:

The location and view were fantastic . I enjoyed watching the sunrise over the water from the verandah. Lots of light, comfortable and close to steak restaurant, cafe , walking path to pelicans and 7-11 .

Cons:

The oven was a little confusing and printed instructions taped to the wall would have helped. We got there anyway.

Pros:

Location was great. We were right by a playground as well which was good for the kids. There were two pools - one heated. The view was absolutely stunning. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and accommodating.

This apartment suited our family of 5 needs. It had everything we needed and was clean and sufficient. I would recommend

The apartment suited our needs with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was big enough and roomy for us all. We liked the location. It was nice and quiet. It was clean. It was self contained. It was light and airy. The views were pretty and we even saw dolphins in the water below. The children loved the pool as well.

Cons:

The apartment needs a little work with some things a bit worse for wear such as a couple of holes in the ceiling where the lights are, patches here and there and door frames that need repainting, bathroom needs new grout, etc. There’s also little tiny steps into the bathrooms and laundry which are a tripping hazard.
