It’s the best place and it feels like home
Pros:

The staff are always so nice . We had an issue with the TV, and the swapped it straight away. We had an issue with air con ..& they swapped that also , & provided an extra fan.
The best part was when I arrived the staff know me and said “welcome home”

Pool was excellent

Cons:

Waiting staff were at times to busy having game with the Aussies at the bar and not concentrating on their jobs around the pool.
TV in the room on far side of the room to far away.
