Super helpful staff and a relaxing place to stay.

The room was very comfortable and was large. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with any questions. Breakfast buffet and restaurant were great.
We arrived in the middle of the night after a long sleeper bus ride, and the lovely lady at the reception was there to welcome us, even at such a late hour.
The suite was great, spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed to rest and get ready before heading out. Exactly what we needed!

Beach and pool about 1.5km from hotel. Shuttle buggy provided which was great but the area was deserted which made it feel quite eerie. Great if you want somewhere very quiet but nothing if you want to go and find a bar etc… everything was closed in the afternoon. Hotel food and drinks were fantastic though so if you’re happy to stay in the hotel it is great.
Big and comfortable room and close to the cruise ships. Also, they have a shuttle to the beach and a swimming pool for free.
The breakfast portions are too big.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The service was impeccable. The rooms are very spatious and clean. Breakfast is good and offers many options.
The facilities are a little bit lacking for a long stay. There is no gym and the swimming pool is not part of the main hotel (as it suggests in the photo) and can only be accessible via a small bus or walking 1.5km.
The restaurant quality can be improved. The food is ok but can be a bit pricey. The menu isn't diverse enough. The vietnamese dishes are good but western food like pastas, pizzas etc. needs improvement.
