Close proximity to airport. Friendly & helpful staff.
Only criticism we have is the lack of power outlets in our suite. Plenty outlets for lights etc but nowhere to recharge devices except to get down on hands & knees to find an outlet under a desk or behind a lamp

It was close to the airport
Value for money defiantly more expensive than other places we have stayed in Vietnam.
Beds terrible, hard as rocks and hotel just smelt old and damp. Bathroom design was terrible. Shower over the bath leaked everywhere and was far too high to comfortably climb in and out of.
The courtesy bus and driver when I arrived at the airport was a real bonus after a long flight from Australia. Loved that the pool was open until 8pm. The breakfast was amazing. I had a good nights sleep and would definately look at staying again. All the staff were polite and helpful
