Cons:

המקום מוזנח קיבלנו חדר צמוד לסוג של לובי שכמובן לא היה נעים ולא היה שקט .
במקלחת החימום לא עבד היה ממש קר ,ואנשים ישבו מעבר לחלון יש מצב שיכלו לראות הכל ,ממש לא נעים .
ארוחת הבוקר היתה דלה ולא מכבדת .,המחיר שנגבה ממנו מאוד לא הולם את מה שקיבלנו .

La struttura offre un servizio di self check-in, peccato che non abbiamo ricevuto nessun codice di accesso alla struttura. Siamo arrivati alle 20 e abbiamo provato a contattare entrambi i numeri di telefono che erano scritti all’entrata ma nessuno ci ha risposto. Abbiamo contattato l’assistenza di Booking spiegando il disagio e nemmeno loro sono riusciti a contattare la struttura per farci avere il codice di accesso. Alla fine ci siamo dovuti arrangiare e trovare un’altra sistemazione per la notte

Uitstekende kamer met ontbijt voor een tussenstop
Pros:

Kamers zijn netjes en schoon maar niet zo groot. Fijn dat het restaurantgedeelte ook buiten het ontbijtmoment open is voor de gasten, zodat je rustig aan een tafeltje kunt zitten. Veel keuze bij het ontbijt.

Cons:

Kamers hadden iets groter gemogen.

Very unpleasant!!!
Cons:

Very poor service, I have booked two single beds and it was stated on the booking details through booking.com, but it turned out to be a double bed, it was totally against the booking specifications! When I called for assistance it property just mentioned that nothing they can do, I will lodge complaint to booking.com for such unreasonable treatment!🙁🙁🙁

Pros:

Hot tub (but no jet action), cute log cabin lodge, tv in room, nice little continental breakfast.

Cons:

Better road signage would be very helpful. Took us a while to find it off the main road. Tiny room. Only one room key per couple. Door locks immediately after shutting (be warned).

Pros:

It was small and easy to talk to people or not in the common area. Rooms were a good size and clean.

Cons:

We didn’t have a problem with getting into our room but serval others did. For a place without staff on site, all the rooms should have digital locks. If you forget your single key in room you’re out of luck! We witnessed several other groups have an issues both days we were there.

The location is beautiful and the lodge was very nice. The breakfast that they put out was nice as well.

Cons:

When I was trying to access my room key, I had forgotten to turn on the data for my phone to get the check-in instructions but I tried calling all of the phone numbers provided to get help and none of them would pick up. It was also frustrating that the handles on the windows had all been removed so we could not open the windows. So the room was rather warm

Zunächst zum Positiven: die Lage ist top, man hat schon beim Heranfahren an die Unterkunft einen tollen Blick auf den Gletscher. Bei uns hat die Schlüsselübergabe mittels Code direkt funktioniert. Ansonsten können wir leider die negativen Bewertungen hier nur bestätigen.

Cons:

Wenn man ins Zimmer reinkommt und insbesondere im Bad riecht es (trotz lüften) immer muffig. Der Wasserdruck ist so niedrig, dass das Wasser teilweise nur tröpfelnd aus der Dusche kommt. Das Frühstück ist sehr eintönig, hauptsächlich gibt es Süßes; Wurst und Käse waren schon sehr angetrocknet oder leer. Gemüse gab es leider gar nicht.
Das Haus wirkt von außen sehr gemütlich und einladend, leider kann da die Pflege und Komfort innen nicht mithalten. Es ist unfassbar schade, wie viel Liebe in das Haus geflossen ist und wie vernachlässigt es wird. Preis-Leistung steht in absolut keinem Verhältnis.

Buena ubicación cerca de una de las mejores cascadas. Jacuzzi exterior.
