Pros:

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν μια αποκάλυψη. Δεν το γνώριζα , και έμεινα πάρα πολύ ικανοποιημένος. Τα δωμάτια είναι εξαιρετικά (το bungalow με θέα στη πισίνα που μείναμε εμείς ήταν από τα καλύτερα που έχουμε μείνει) και όλος ο χώρος του ξενοδοχείου γενικά πολύ όμορφος. Στο πακέτο all-inclusive που πήραμε εμείς πρωινό – μεσημεριανό – γεύμα ήταν πολύ καλής ποιότητας και σχετικά ικανοποιητικά σε ποικιλία , όπως επίσης και τα ποτά και αναψυκτικά . Τα σνακ στο ενδιάμεσο των γευμάτων μπορείτε και να τα αποφύγετε, αλλά είναι τόσο τακτικά τα γεύματα που δεν χρειάζεται τίποτα στο ενδιάμεσο. Το προσωπικό είναι επίσης αρκετά εξυπηρετικό και φιλικό . Πολύ σημαντικό το θέμα της πισίνας : το ξενοδοχείο έχει μια πάααααρα πολύ μεγάλη πισίνα για παιδιά (που σε κάποια σημεία βαθαίνει λίγο για τους ενήλικες) και δίπλα ακριβώς μια μεγάλη πισίνα αποκλειστικά για ενήλικες . Το βρήκα πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Για γονείς , είναι το ιδανικό. Θα το συνιστούσα σε όποιον μου ζητούσε μια καλή επιλογή μόνο μιάμιση ώρα από την Αθήνα.

Cons:

Αν κάποιος θέλει θάλασσα, τότε θα πρέπει να ξέρει ότι δεν υπάρχει θάλασσα προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια. Θα πρέπει να συνεννοηθείτε με το ξενοδοχείο για να σας κατεβάσουν στην πλαζ του ξενοδοχείου με αμαξίδιο. Αλλά αν έχεις παιδιά και κολλήσουν με τη πισίνα , δεν κατεβαίνεις στη θάλασσα ποτέ. Αρνητικό βρήκα και το γεγονός ότι στις παροχές του all inclusive δεν περιλαμβάνονται κρύοι καφέδες -αυτό για κάποιο λόγο το συνηθίζουν αρκετά all inclusive.. Tέλος, δεν είναι ωραίο ότι σε ένα τέτοιο ξενοδοχείο πρέπει να πληρώσεις «εγγύηση» πέντε ευρώ για να πάρεις μια πετσέτα από το ξενοδοχείο για την πισίνα…

Pros:

Το προσωπικό που ήταν πολύ ευγενικό, ο περιβάλλοντας χώρος ήταν ωραίος και το Spa ήταν αρκετά καλό.

Cons:

Η ποικιλία του φαγητού καθώς και η ποιότητα του ήταν αρκετά μέτρια. Παρότι κλείσαμε all inclusive αρκετά προϊόντα χρεωνόταν έξτρα, όπως πχ ο καφές freddo espreso και είχαν δωρεάν τον φραπέ - welcome 1990. Κατόπιν σχετικά με τον μπουφέ, ήταν πολύ μέτριας ποιότητας το φαγητό και αρκετά τυποποιημένο, όπως πχ μανιτάρια κονσέρβας. Οι εγκαταστάσεις χρίζουν ανακαίνισης σε ορισμένα σημεία. Και καλό θα ήταν να έχουν λίγο περισσότερο το νου τους στην καθαριότητα των χωρών λόγω των χελιδονιών. Συνοψίζοντας το μέρος χρειάζεται λίγη αγάπη παραπάνω στα πρακτικά χαρακτηριστικά του καθώς το δυναμικό του από πλευράς προσωπικού είναι πολύ δυνατό.

Pros:

Kan ik weinig op aanmerken. Zou alleen fijn zijn als er minder zoet en meer aandacht aan omelet en eventueel vers fruitsap zou besteed worden.

Cons:

Fitness was echt ondermaats!
Ook het feit dat het zwembad zo laat open gaat was een tegenvaller. Ik zou graag sporten voor het ontbijt.

Amazing place to stay
Pros:

Good variety of choices of food, from salads to main dishes and desserts.
Great ambience. A massive room and bathroom, very clean. The staff were very nice especially Mongga and Hossein (cart drivers), very helpful.

Cons:

I was expecting a sea view accom on my choice as what was advertised. I was just a bit disappointed because it wasn't really a sea view from room 551 & 552. I think you should change the accom from seaview to a room with balcony (a nice big balcony). I just felt deceived. Otherwise, generally it was a great place to stay. I wished I have more time. We went for conference. I didn't have a chance to swim on their lovely swimming pool.

Will not recommend for family with children and people who only understand English.
Pros:

The golfcart during arrival when they take you to your accommodation.

Cons:

The day we arrived, the television was not working and they didn’t fixed it till the next day. There was powercut for more than 3 hours, no water in the shower, we have to wait as they said they cannot do anything about it. The staff was not very helpful and no compensation was even offered for the inconvenience. They have entertainment but not for English speaking people as well as the excurtion.

Pros:

Το προσωπικό του housekeeping, ο groom καθώς και τα κορίτσια στο service του κεντρικού εστιατορίου ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικοί, πρόσχαροι και εξυπηρετικοί. Έκαναν πολύ καλή δουλειά και μας βοήθησαν αρκετά κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας.

Cons:

Η εμπειρία μας από το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο ήταν απογοητευτική για αρκετούς λόγους.
Αρχικά, κατά την άφιξή μας δυσκολεύτηκαν να εντοπίσουν την κράτησή μας, κάτι που δημιούργησε κακή πρώτη εντύπωση. Παρόλα αυτά δεν δώσαμε αρκετή σημασία σε αυτό. Λάθη γίνονται. 
Επιπλέον, είχαμε επιλέξει δωμάτιο με ιδιωτική πισίνα, θεωρώντας πως θα ήταν θερμαινόμενη κάτι που για την εποχή είναι αρκετά σημαντικό. Ωστόσο, η πισίνα δεν ήταν θερμαινόμενη και αυτό δεν αναφερόταν ξεκάθαρα στην περιγραφή του ξενοδοχείου. Αν το γνωρίζαμε εκ των προτέρων, δεν θα επιλέγαμε δωμάτιο με πισίνα.
Επίσης, είχαμε στείλει αίτημα για early check-in μεταξύ 12:00 και 13:00, το οποίο είχε γίνει αποδεκτό. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, τελικά μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο στις 15:00. Στη ρεσεψιόν αρχικά μας είπαν ότι το early check-in γίνεται μόνο κατόπιν αιτήματος, και ενώ δείξαμε την επιβεβαίωση στο κινητό μας, δεν υπήρξε κάποια ουσιαστική ανταπόκριση. Στη συνέχεια μας ενημέρωσαν ότι το δωμάτιο θα ήταν έτοιμο σε περίπου 15 λεπτά, όμως χρειάστηκε να περιμένουμε δυόμιση ώρες.
Ακόμα και όταν τελικά πήγαμε στο δωμάτιο στις 15:00, το προσωπικό βρισκόταν ακόμα μέσα και καθάριζε, με αποτέλεσμα να περιμένουμε απ’ έξω μέχρι να ολοκληρωθεί η προετοιμασία του.
Επιπλέον, αντιμετωπίσαμε πρόβλημα και με το air condition του δωματίου, το οποίο πιθανότατα δεν λειτουργούσε σωστά. Έβγαζε συνεχώς κρύο αέρα, με αποτέλεσμα το δωμάτιο να παγώσει μέχρι να καταλάβουμε τι συμβαίνει. Ακόμα και όταν το ρυθμίσαμε στη θέρμανση, συνέχιζε να βγάζει κρύο αέρα, με αποτέλεσμα να χρειαστεί αρκετός χρόνος μέχρι να επανέλθει η θερμοκρασία του δωματίου.

Nice outdoor space, not good services and indoor spaces. Definitely overpriced and not a 5-star for sure.
Pros:

Nice resort, great outside space with several pools. The staff was very friendly especially Panagiotis in the reception, the barman and the people working in the Italian restaurant.

Cons:

Needs a renovation as furnitures are old. Space in the central bar is very old fashioned. We had a problem with the A/C and even though we called 3 times, they decided to help us at midnight and they changed us rooms. Beyond that, not easy at all to order something by the pool as there is just one bar that is probably understaffed and no waiters or people to help you. Also when we asked about room service they hesitated to respond. Beyond that, the Italian restaurant needs to change the menu as there are only 5 really average dishes. No pizza also(funny for Italian). Food a the buffet is terrible. Also, the spa area even though it could be nice it is really dirty.

Broken furniture.
Pros:

The landscaping was very nice. The romantic design of the galleries and hallways. The central swimming pool.

Cons:

Inept staff. Our room lacked a window curtain (early wake up!) and we asked to solve this, three times, but they never did. Forced to get up early is not holiday like.
Fitness has very little equipment.
Vegetarians have a very hard time.

Pros:

The hotel felt recently renovated (room and outdoors). The overall common domain area and the pool area is exceptional, really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The room was really clean. The buffet (breakfast and dinner) had descent variety and the food was mostly superb. The beach house area is beautifully organized and there are many spots to relax. The best part was the SPA area which we visited daily during our stay. The SPA receptionist was extremely polite, professional and helpful and all of the offered activities (steam bath, sauna, jacuzzi pool, gym) were well organized and provided the best relaxing time.

Cons:

Although the receptionists that welcomed us was quite polite and pleasant, we felt that we needed more info about the hotel, the available activities etc. Also there were no info leaflets in the room (no room services, no spa info, no a la cart menu etc). Also some minor details should have been more carefully curated I.e the sheets at the beds, some outdoor minor maintenance
