Pros:

Charged me for 2 rooms even though I was travelling alone. Wouldn't refund me when I explained what had happened. Said it was booking.coms fault.

Cons:

They charged me twice and took money from my bank account unauthorised.

Das Hotel ist für eine oder zwei Übernachtungen geeignet, wenn man den längeren Weg nicht scheut.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, wenn man bereit ist mit dem Auto in die Innenstadt zu fahren oder schon ein gutes Wegestück laufen möchte.
Das Zimmer zum Hof hin war sehr ruhig.
Das Personal war hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Als Designer-Hotel auf dunkel gemacht etwas übertrieben, wenn man erst in den halben Flur laufen muss, bis die Beleuchtung angeht. Da wir nur Kleinigkeiten zum Frühstück essen, haben wir bei 25,00 € pro Person auf das Frühstück verzichtet.

Aangename ervaring met goed bed en royaal ontbijt
Pros:

Ontbijt was 25 euro per persoon maar was een royaal buffet en werd goed aangevuld. Je kon ook alles vragen om bij te vullen!
Eitjes kon je zelf klaarmaken: ook leuk!

Cons:

Zwembad (plonsbad) is in het midden van het terras buiten wat het een beetje ongemakkelijk maakt om tussen de mensen te gaan zwemmen die zitten te eten of te drinken.
Kussens op de bedden erg plat

Very pleasant, comfortable, clean accommodation with helpful staff
Pros:

The property is lovely and well placed for the citadel and not too far from the old town. The room had everything you might need, was very comfortable and very clean. If arriving at the train station later in the day I’d get an uber as I struggled a bit finding the accommodation by foot. The breakfast was very nice.

Très agréable. Le personnel très très sympathique
Pros:

La situation :très proche du centre avec très jolie balade le long de la Meuse . Le confort de la literie. La décoration de la chambre très jolie .Le petit déjeuner très bon et copieux.

Cons:

P-e faudra il penser a changer les revêtements muraux qui commencent à vieillir surtout dans sdb et toilettes
