Le meilleur hôtel de tout mon séjour !
Pros:

Excellent hôtel, digne de l’hospitalité sri-lankaise !
L’hôtel offre une magnifique vue directe sur la plage et dispose également de deux piscines. Le personnel et notre accueil ont été parfaits, très chaleureux et professionnels.
Les chambres étaient spacieuses, propres et bien équipées. Ma femme a également pu profiter du service de spa avec une réduction, ce qui était très appréciable.
Le petit-déjeuner était varié et très bon. L’emplacement est également idéal, notamment pour sa proximité avec l’aéroport.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons vivement cet hôtel !

Pros:

Superluxe kamer aan het strand met een bad. Lekker gegeten in het restaurant (kon a la carte terwijl er ook buffet was) en daarna cocktail in de bar met live muziek.

Pros:

The room was quite comforting, very nice overall. The bed was also quite comfortable. Surprised us with a nice anniversary cake, which was delicious.

Cons:

We arrived 30 minutes after our scheduled check-in time, but still ended up waiting another 30 minutes before we could get into our room. I understand the team was trying to do something special for our anniversary, but it was disappointing to learn the wait was for leaves scattered on the bed, which actually left dirt stains on the sheets.

The check-in process itself also fell short. Staff took our passports and left us sitting with little to no explanation of what was happening or how much longer it would take. A quick heads-up about the delay (and the surprise) would have gone a long way.

Demasiado caro para lo que es
Pros:

Me gustó que estaba limpio (aunque tampoco especialmente) y que los camareros eran muy simpáticos pero el personal de recepción no hacía mucho caso.
