El desayuno es lo mismo cada día no hay variedad, NUNCA tuvimos Internet en la habitación, habia que estar en el pasillo o el lobby para poder conectarse al wifi. Éramos 4 en la habitación y no dejaban suficientes toallas.

Cons:

En la.madrugada intentaron entrar a la habitación a robar. Se puso en conocimiento del hotel y no hizo nada al respecto. Había reservado tres noches, y ni siquiera accedieron a cancelar la reserva de manera gratuita. Tampoco dieron razón de quien ni como alguien intentaba ingresar a mi habitación. No pude dormir, por estar atento a que no se entraran. Super inseguro.

Pros:

I always stay at this hotel when in Bogota. Good value and centrally located. Breakfast included. The rooms and hotel are clean and secure. 20 minutes to the airport and transportation within the city is close by. Many restaurants, also. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The location may not suit everybody, but, for me, it was OK. A better area is a couple blocks across the autopista in Tequendama.

Como siempre la ubicación es excelente pero está vez me quedaron a deber con la habitación que me asignaron, pésima!

Cons:

Me asignaron la habitación 1201 que ni siquiera está en las instalaciones del hotel, está en una área de trabajo junto al cuarto de máquinas del elevador, la vista era al techo del hotel, entraba todo el ruido de la calle por la ventana del baño, llovió y se escucha el ruido de la lluvia al caer al techo, la cama durísima, el papel del baño a pesar de que las autoridades sanitarias de Colombia prohíben que se ponga sobrantes de papel higiénico, solo había ese que por cierto era muy poco, tuve que dejar la habitación a las 2:30 am para irme a otro hotel, pagué la noche doble!

Pros:

It is very close to everything. Most places are only 5 to 10 minutes away. Transportation is easy to access. There is a very good restaurant across the street, money exchange place is walking distance, pharmacy, so much restaurants at the corner. Check-in and out was fast and easy. The staff was very helpful we used our transultor app. One night we needed food and in 15 minutes or ordering we got the food. Breakfast was very good, well done and alot of food and fruits and multiple options for tea. My friend wasn't feeling great and I was allowed to take breakfast back to the room for her. We were comfortable and felt safe. The few is a street few but loved it. We will for sure be coming back. Value for money

Cons:

The bathroom is very small. The shower is a one person fit shower, thought the bathroom could be bigger. I don't think room service present was there in our two nights. We didn't want our room cleaned but we also saw no attempt at it.

Next to most tourist attractions. Safe. Clean. Nice internet in my case. I had room 1005. Very good breakfast.

Cons:

No one speaks even single word in English. (including reception) The girl who made me check in was rude. Thanks some other guest helped me to translate. Each time you need to bring card to reception in order to update the magnet in order to be able to open door. A lot of homeless people around hotel. At night it is not safe at all. At day time it was OK. I had no issue there.
