The staff were excellent but the hotel was very bad. The doors were old and made noise when they were opened and closed, and the bathroom smelled like mud every time the water was flushed.I am a very honest person and I say what is.

The a/c didn't work too good i put the complaint they say that they fix it but was not true The parking lot wash was dirty and smell like cat poop

Demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen. Vimos cucarachas en el baño y en la habitación. Las toallas tenían cabellos. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien, se notaba que necesitaba mantenimiento y bueno... está bien que la habitación sea sencilla, pero por 150mil por una noche creo que deberían invertir en mejorar las mesas y hasta mejorar un poquito el baño.

Nunca estuve alojada,me confirmaron la reserva y cuando llegué, no había habitación

Cuando llegué al hotel a las 18:30, me dijeron que no tenía ninguna reservación hecha y que no podía hospedarme ahí, me ofrecieron otra alternativa de hotel, a un precio mucho más elevado. Estaba en una ciudad que no conocía y a esa hora mi desespero fue mayúsculo. Lo único en lo que me pudieron "colaborar" fue en pedirme un taxi para que me dirigiera a una empresa de transporte para devolverme a mi ciudad de origen. Una falta de respeto con el usuario.

La ubicación excelente, súper estratégica! cerca a Zonas de comida, de compras, iglesias, zonas de interes y turísticas. Ni muy lejos ni muy cerca, seguro para caminar en la noche.

Cons:

El hotel le falta una manito en cuanto a reparaciones o adecuaciones ya que su fachada y muebles son de los antiguos y no les han hecho mantenimientos. El café del deayuno no es rico, es como de baja calidad.
