Would stay there again
Pros:

The breakfast is amazing and in a beautiful setting if you eat on the terrace. The pool was lovely. The path through the courtyard with a fountain and sculptures was also a treat.

Cons:

We never got a room cleaning. They told us they only clean every 48 hours. We checked in at 7pm, so 48 hours later was, I guess, after housekeeping had left? Then the next day was Sunday, maybe they dont work Sundays?

Pros:

Die Lage war super, nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt und mitten im Zentrum. Das Frühstück sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Viel Auswahl. Man hat die Möglichkeit zu wählen, ob man draußen oder drinnen frühstücken möchte.

The hotel was very comfortable, quiet and spacious with lovely gardens and swimming pool and a big room with a shared balcony overlooking the gardens. It is part residential home with lots of rooms and so a little confusing at first but actually a nice idea and suited us perfectly. The staff are very attentive and the breakfast and food was very good.

Cons:

Nothing. It suited us perfectly but others may find the fact that some rooms are given over to permanent residents odd. Though it didn't impact at all on the public areas of the hotel.

Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft mit tollem Frühstücksbuffet
Pros:

Wir hatten das Hotel wegen des ungewöhnlichen Gebäudes gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. In unserem großen, geschmackvoll und umfassend ausgestatten Zimmer, das zur ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen war, haben wir eine angenehme, ruhige Nacht (nach einer fürchterlichen Zug-Anreise) verbracht. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Sehr genossen haben wir das tolle Frühstück auf der Frühstücksterrasse. Leider keine Gelegenheit ergab sich für die Nutzung des Swimmingpools, der aber einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck machte. Die in manchen Bewertungen erwähnte Seniorenunterkunft haben wir in keinerlei Weise negativ bemerkt, abgesehen davon, dass wir der Ansicht sind, dass es eigentlich eine schöne Idee ist, eine solche Kombination zu wagen.

Cons:

Für uns war alles wunderbar.
