Excellent Room and amenities
Pros:

Location, gym, security -liked card access for elevator / loved the view of downtown Nashville from my room. Very clean too!

Cons:

Vending machine wouldn't take cash nor credit card. I wanted to get bottled water or soda. They should sell drinks and snacks during festival. They only do it late at night

Pros:

Perfect location, beautiful Hotel, only backdraw to us was room service for food ended at 12:00 am, but had I explored more, there was a bar there that was open and served food.

Great Service, Great Location, Comfortable, Spacious Rooms.
Pros:

As soon as we drove up to the hotel, the valets helped us immediately. As soon as we walked into the hotel to check in, we were met with a friendly smile and were helped quickly & efficiently. I liked that we received a text to check out and asked if we had any questions. My question was answered immediately. It was about luggage storage after check out until our plane left. The instructions I received were easily followed. And I appreciate the free service for this. I also loved the location. It was so close to everything so we were able to walk to all of the places we chose to visit during this stay.

Nothing they robbed me of my money after canceling my room because they said we couldn't check in at that time. Someone should have called and said something about check in time. I paid 933.00 for one night to celebrate my one year anniversary with my wife and they wouldn't let us check in. Thing thing about it is they knew when i was arriving at 1 am in the morning. Still stole my money.. because they said we couldn't check in at that time. Someone should have called and said something about check in time.
