Omni Luxury in the Heart of Nashville, steps from Broadway.
Pros:

It's a beautiful hotel, close to the nightlife of Broadway, but far enough away from the noise and crowds. The staff was friendly and professional. Our room was clean, and on a higher floor, so we had a great view. Additionally, the location is adjacent to the Country Music Hall of Fame, has a chic lobby bar, and an exceptional fitness room. We would absolutely stay again.

Cons:

Not really a critique, but when we stayed, it was Fourth of July Weekend, in the 90s, so the pool got very crowded.

A great weekend getaway!
Pros:

The hotel is in the perfect location if you are attending a show at Bridgestone, the Ryman, or if you are interested in just visiting Broadway. If you are visiting for a game it would be a walk across the bridge. It would be long but not impossible. The Gulch is about a half mile walk, some of it is uphill, but the way back is downhill. If you are interested in visiting 12 South, you’ll want to drive or get an uber. The staff were super friendly, and we valeted our car and that was so nice. I forgot my toothbrush and housekeeping brought us a toothbrush quickly. We did uber a few times and there is an awning for the carport and that is so nice so that you can get out no matter the weather. It is attached to the Country Hall of Fame, so that is cool. The coffee shop was great, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location
Pros:

This hotel is beautiful! The location is superb as well! We traveled to Nashville with a large group to celebrate a birthday, and this hotel was perfect for us and our friends. It's very clean, comfortable and accessible. We spent a lot of time in the lobby area meeting up with our group and enjoying drinks at the bar. It's very accommodating. All the staff we had interactions with were very kind and helpful. I also really liked the daily text asking if we needed anything in our room since we had our do not disturb sign on the door. I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay again if given the chance!

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn't anything I didn't enjoy. If anything, if the price was a little less that would make it more appealing, but also I understand the level of the hotel and services provided for the price.
