Pros:

Atenção dos funcionários.
Café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Não gostei de ter que pagar o estacionamento. Pelo preço da diária cobrado poderia ter o estacionamento gratuito para os hóspedes.

Decepção e frio no quarto

Nâo tinha cobertor no quarto com 14 graus de temperatura. Descobri o fato as 22hs , na hora de deitar, liguei e a recepção disse que era isso mesmo e se eu quisesse cobertor, era para buscar na recepção, não havia serviço aquela hora.

Atendimento excelente e ótimo ambiente.
Pros:

Eu cresci em Osasco - morando nessa cidade de 1972 a 2021 - o prazer de acordar e ver o pico do Jaraguá não tem preço, desde 2022 só fico hospedado nesse hotel, e sempre peço andar algo e com vistas para o Pico do Jaraguá.
