Hotel com uma localização surreal em Viena, é praticamente ao lado da Ópera e a gente conseguiu fazer tudo a pé. As acomodações são ótimas. Tinha uma cafeteria suíça dentro do quarto muito boa também, cafézinho top!
Não tem nenhum tipo de ajuda quando você chega, o atendimento dos funcionários não é 5 estrelas.
The hotel is ideally placed for the Spanish Ridding School and Vienna's extensive quality shops and restaurants. The hotel has an air of quality about it, nothing is too much trouble for the staff to deal with. Its one of the top 4 venues for brunch. Our room consisted of a suite withe good seating area and a view towards the opera house. The bistro restaurant is open all day and the food was excellent. There was a generous complementary mini-bar in the suite, topped up daily.
No kettle in the suite to make tea, but boiling water could be delivered to the room.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel attention to details made our stay a pleasure. We really recommend this hotel.
2nd time at the property, and they recalled me as a guest from 10 years ago. Perfect location, next to all the attractions, but down a quiet street. Great restaurant was a plus. Staff were polite and friendly and helpful.
If I’m being picky I would say the outdoor furniture in restaurant is a little uncomfortable. Back the street and face other guests was awkward.
Everything about the room was perfect--it was spacious, impeccably clean and the general ambience and design were very inviting and pleasing. Above all, though, we appreciated the staff for their professionalism and readiness, especially the front-desk staff working on the afternoon shift when we arrived (ca. 6:15 pm). When they realized that one of us had his birthday they took the time and went the extra mile to prepare a beautiful handwritten card with birthday wishes and to send it with a piece of delicious cake to the room! The breakfast was very rich in choices and of high quality. The location is perfect for walking anywhere within the inner city of Vienna. We particularly liked the coffee machine with integrated coffee beans grinder(!) and the fully-stocked mini fridge that was included in the room price.

Big room, great location, and the best restaurant
Rooms are very nice and comfortable. In-room coffee machine makes great coffee. Staff are terrific. Can’t get better location, it’s right across the street from Albertina and just a few minutes walk around the corner to the Hofburg palace, Sisi museum, .etc. lots of shopping, cafes and restaurants in the area.
Note, bathroom lacks a bit of space for your toiletries, but we managed just fine.
Lage zentral, kann alles zu Fuß erreichen, U-Bahn Nähe genial, !sehr sehr sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang/Rezeption und an der Tür! Auch im Restaurant☺️
Obwohl mitten in der Stadt SEHR RUHIGE LAGE, Zimmer Richtung Innenhof SEHR ruhig-TOP, KÜHLSCHRANK GEFÜLLT und im Preis inkludiert-> sehr nette Überraschung
