Pros:

Sehr schöne Location. Top Lage nähe Oper, Dom und der Albertina. Die Zimmer sind geräumig sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Essen im Restaurant im Hause ist ser gut.

בית המלון עם רמת תודעת שירות מאוד גבוהה. הם ממש אומרים ומתכונים לאמירה "כל דבר שאתם צריכים, אנחנו נספק לכם אותו".
מיקום בית המלון מרכזי וקרוב לרחוב הראשי ולאזור הקניות.
החדר היה יפה ומאוד נקי.
לבית המלון צמודה מסעדה מצויינת ומאוד מומלצת.
לסיכום, היה מושלם, אם נזדמן שוב לוינה אין לנו ספק שנחזור למלון הזה, ואנחנו מאוד ממליצים עליו. תודה רבה.

Fabulous. Nothing to complain about.
Pros:

Nice large room with wide windows. Quiet. Well equipped with an espresso maker and bar fridge. So many free things including daily wine and drinks. Daily check up to see if we needed anything extra. Staff were so helpful.
A great place to stay and so central. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Excellent Location, clean, Good service.

Cons:

I’m a non-drinker so didn’t realize the “free” mini bar fridge in the room was stocked with all sorts of “free” alcohol including 4 bottles of wine that is surely built into the price. (Of course there’s no free lunch and also no free booze). So if you drink a lot of wine and beer you may think this is good.

Wonderful Hotel in a Perfect Location
Pros:

Loved, loved this hotel! Absolutely perfect location. Great little restaurant and bar on site, which we took advantage of especially for cocktails before stepping out for the evening. The staff made us feel welcome and they went above and beyond with little extras including business cards with our name, complementary wine in the room, and the ability to purchase metro tickets from reception.

Cons:

We only wished we stayed here on our return to Vienna! It will be our gold standard for boutique hotels! Thank you for the perfect stay!
