Everything! This was one of the best hotel stays of my life. The Mercado de Bom Sucesso next door is terrific, the hotel is pleasant, the musical theme is phenomenal - my composer friends were jealous hehe. There was a problem with the shower - the staff settled this IMMEDIATELY. They gave me good advice about the town. They were friendly and we joked - even about football on the day our two countries (Croatia and Portugal) played each other. Wonderful hosts, absolute perfection!
That from now on I will know that this level of hotel exists hehe.

Acesso a recepção para o chekin (subir escadas,e a escassez limitada no parqueamento do hotel.
O Pequeno-almoço é muito completo, os quartos têm boas condições, com espaço suficiente, e bom nível de conforto. Escolher preferencialmente os quartos da "torre" que estão menos expostos às obras do metro. O serviço é excelente. Em viagens de negócio, para além da localização excelente, junto da rotunda da Boavista e do Campo Alegre, está por cima do Mercado do Bom Sucesso, ótimo para fazer boas refeições rápidas, e variadas.
Nada a referir. Já sou cliente habitual deste hotel.

El plato de ducha estaba sucio, en la habitación hacía calor aún cuando puse el aire acondicionado a mínimos.
Hotel bien, dentro de lo esperado. Tiene un ventaja añadida, en el mercado que tiene debajo puedes comer y disfrutar de una buena cerveza, eso sí, sin aire acondicionado, con lo cual se hace un poco cuesta arriba. El personal fenomenal. nos dieron una habitación con el aire acondicionado estropeado y la primera noche fue complicada, lo comentamos en recepción y nos cambiaron inmediatamente a otra, incluso mejor, con lo cual todo fue genial. Limpieza perfecta. Tuvieron todos los días un detalle con nosotros y el día de llegada nos llevaron incluso dos trocitos de tarta. Las zonas y monumentos que visitar están a 35-40 minutos andando, nosotros cogimos el metro en una ocasión y sin problemas. Todo genial. Volvería?, sí, creo que sí.
Por poner un "pero", yo diría el parking, tiene como 12 plazas, es muy pequeño, pero no tuvimos problema nunca para aparcar dentro, fuera es complicado.
