Colombian residents living abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when purchasing a tourist package (accommodations plus service). Upon arrival, a Visa TP—11 or Permiso-55 / PTP—5 tourist visa must be presented.

LAMENTABLE QUE BOOKING NO PERMITA CANCELAR LA RESERVA CUANDO HAY SITUACIONES COMO LAS DEL ACCESO AL HOTEL QUE NO FUE INFORMADO.
Pésima atención. No dejaron hospedarme con mi familia porq el permiso de un sobrino menor no lestaba auténticado, pero iban copia de las cédulas de sus padres y el permiso firmado. Nos tocó salir a buscar hotel a altas horas de la noche exponiendo nuestra integridad fisica con señores de la tercera edad y niños de 12 y 2.años. Pesima experiencia
