expensive and no perks
Pros:

Nothing to brag about, not treated with any perks for being a Hyatt member during stay, would not honor early check in and actually I got confirmation to check in after official check in time. Very pricey for this hotel.

Dewey beach best hotel
Pros:

Great staff dog friendly close to bars and the beach. Great place to vacation with your family and friends. The lighthouse restaurant is really nice and has the best sunset views.

Family Vacation Must!!
Pros:

A wonderful stay for families! I cannot say enough about the hotel, from the amazing staff to the amenities, it was truly a perfect vacation. The staff is super friendly and available for any questions or additional things you might need during your stay. The location couldn't be better, with the pool access on site (indoor and outdoor), the bay beach just steps from the room and the beach a block away! The restaurants are all in walking distance so no need to go too far. Park your car and leave it in the covered garage until it's time to head home! Highly recommend!!!! I could go on! :)

Great hotel with great staff
Pros:

I stayed there with my family from 08/18-08/20. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Mia checked us in, and she was very helpful and cheerful. I will stay here again in the future.

Good food, clean hotel, awesome staff.
Pros:

Great experience very friendly staff, very clean hotel, restaurant was great.
Housekeeping came very early, so be ready for that. Breakfast was one of the better hotel free Breakfast I've had in all of my travels.

Great location
Cons:

We had to have our room changed as our neighbors were so loud with a barking dog. Had to check out one room at 11 and wait til 4 to check in to the second room.

Hyatt Place Dewey Beach
Pros:

Overall it is a very clean and well run hotel, family friendly, with close access to the beach (1 block away) that sits on the bay side. The rooms are very spacious and are cleaned daily, fresh paint, and renovations to the rooms was recently made. Breakfast is a definite plus and outstanding. The only draw back from previous visits was the addition of a $15 a day parking garage fee, it used to be free.

Average stay due to some correctable things
Pros:

Positives: sizable room, very close to everything, amazing breakfast, great staff.

Negatives: few stains on floor in the room when arrived, dirty looking pool with poor lighting, very tight parking in the parking garage where our new family van was dinged.

Room was clean and close to beach. Grandkids had a great time.
Pros:

Usually stay in the condos, but grandkids like the breakfast.
The housekeeping in this hotel is second to none, rooms were so clean and staff so friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit crowded but they did a great job.
First night noise in hallways, people yelling and slamming doors.

Great first experience at Dewey!
Pros:

The Hyatt was a great place to stay with a family with easy access to the beach and experiences at Dewey, and the hotel was terrific. Everything met our expectations and surpassed them. We will be there again!

Hyatt Hell
Pros:

The hotel was very nice. The location was great.

Cons:

The room wasn't cleaned during stay. I had to call to the front desk two days in a row asking for towels because housekeeping didn't clean the room and restock towels, empty trash, etc. For $700 plus a night I expected far better. They also screwed up the room charges and payment. Very disappointed.
