Bien placé proche des monuments et magasins, juste le nécessaire dans la chambre (mérite un bon rafraîchissement, lavabo très petit)

Uniquement la localisation

Cons:

Catastrophique ! Il faut savoir que l’annexe et loin de l’hôtel de ce fait pour le petit déjeuner c’est n’importe quoi. En UNE SEMAINE le ménage n’a été fait qu’une seule fois, c’est sale ! On a dû réclamer plusieurs fois de remplir le shampoing le papier toilette on doit courir derrière le personnel pour avoir des serviettes c’est indécent ! Plus jamais le ménage qui n’a été fait qu’une fois est bâclée, le personnel me dit clairement que ce n’est pas leur problème. On nous avait promis un changement pour l’hôtel et non l’annexe cela n’a jamais été fait. Je regrette énormément cela a gâché notre séjour. Le seul réel point positif la localisation ainsi que la machine a laver dans l’annexe ça s’arrête la ! Aucun choix au petit déjeuner uniquement des tomates et concombre coupe, pas de sucre des frites froides des boissons chaudes et jus dégueulasse. C’est la dernière fois je ne le recommande à quiconque. Leur priorité est la rentabilité et non la satisfaction.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, ma sœur et moi.
L’hôtel était agréable, très bien situé et propre.
Le personnel était également très gentil et disponible.
Je recommande sans hésiter.

Mancarea de dimineata a fost foarte diversificata si delicioasa, foarte aproape de puncte turistice, tramvai.

Cons:

In baie am fost continuu inundații, desi am spus asta inca din prima clipa de la intrarea in camera, a venit cineva sa verifice, nu au sesizat nimic…uite asa am stat noi intr-o baie plina de apa pe jos! Mult prea scump pentru calitatea camerei! Curatenia a fost facuta la misto, inclusiv atunci cand ne-au fost înmânată cartela pt luarea camerei in primire

تعاون موظف الاستقبال لنا وترقيتنا لغزفه اكبر من حجزنا

تعاون الموظفين ومساعدتهم مو اول مرة انزل بالفندق اكرر الزياره وخياري الاول بسبب الموقع وتعاون الموظفين والنظافة
وحبيت انهم مهتمين بالفندق بسبب ترميمه كان بدا يقدم ويتهالك جددوه 👍🏻

Сделайте ремонт пожалуйста.
Pros:

Понравилось только местоположение. В остальном все плохо. Трехместный номер на 4 этаже в плачевном состоянии. Завтрак и чистая постель немного скрасили тот мрачный номер)

Cons:

На стенах следы от обуви, шторы грязные страшно трогать, после душа все в воде, оказалось что одного стекла в душевой нет) фен коричневого цвета от старости. Лифт страшный только чемоданы отправлять, так как для одного человека)
