Ich bin seit 10 Jahren immer mal wieder Gast. Ständig wurde erweitert - leider ist das mit "Massenabfertigung" statt individuellem Wohlfühlen verbunden. Die Zimmer im Dachgeschoss brauchen dringend neue Bodenbeläge. Im Frühstücksraum machen die Metallfüße der Stühle Ohrenschmerz - seit zehn Jahren, ohne Verbesserung.... Schade, das Hotel wird zwar größer, aber nicht besser

Pros:

Размещение отеля . Рядом возле вокзала (20 минут пешком) . Рядом есть магазины продуктовые , места где покушать . В целом хорошее место

Cons:

Окна тяжело открываются . Из за ковралина я все время чихала ( . Персонал на завтраках - это что то с чем то . При мне девушка показала на грязные вилки - на что женщина (персонал) начала кричать , «иди в отель 5 звезд , если не нравится тут . Там сервис будет лучше» . Эта же женщина (персонал) другой девушке на украинском начала кричать , что бы стул на место поставила. Та ее не понимала и она с размаху кинула стул к стенке . Мы все кто там ел были шокированы таким поведением. Это было не приемлемо вообще .

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, en el barrio de Karlin con estaciones de metro y bus muy cerca. Desayuno bastante variado y un personal muy agradable y atento

Cons:

El servicio de limpieza se basaba en estirar las camas y en cambiar toallas.
Los colchones son muy finos, lo que hace que la cama sea algo dura a la hora de descansar

La localización y el desayuno buffet bastante variado.
Además del servicio de recepción 24h y las facilidades q nos dieron los chicos para extender una noche más la estación sin necesidad de cambiar de habitación.
Tenía un pequeño aire acondicionado, aunque metía bastante ruido.

Cons:

El colchón de la cama de matrimonio era bastante fino, y en el tercer piso (tipo buhardilla) hacia bastante calor (fueron día muy calurosos en Praga, 30°) aunque con el aire acondicionado conectado no sé estaba mal.
