Gutes Hotel für die erste Nacht in Reykjavík, etwas weit weg vom Zentrum.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal.
Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück.
Sehr modern eingerichtet.

Cons:

Lage etwas dezentral, ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum.

Für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in Reykjavik sehr brauchbar
Pros:

Das große Hotel liegt östlich der Innenstadt, die per Bus (Haltestelle gegenüber) oder fußläufig (in ca. 25 Minuten) erreichbar ist. Unsere Zimmer blickten nach N über die Bucht und auf den Hausberg von Reykjavik, die Esja.
Die Zimmer sind einfach und zweckmäßig und nicht besonders groß, Das Frühstück in der Hotelhalle ist okay. Es gibt Gratisparkplätze vor dem Haus.

Cons:

Das Hotel wird gerne von Busgruppen gebucht, sodass es beim Frühstück zu einem Gedränge kommen kann. Dann gibt es unter Umständen nicht genügend Sitzplätze für alle. Das Hotel hat kein eigenes Restaurant (aber in unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es ein mexikanisches und ein italienisches Restaurant).

Very clean and comfortable
Pros:

Great staff, knowledgeable and friendly.

Cons:

The shower stall leaked out onto the bathroom floor and we had to use towels to contain the shower water. The shower floor was installed with an insufficient slope toward the rear drain.

Great experience!
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience with Reykjavik Lights. The front desk staff was superb! They were extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the rooms were clean. The location was a little ways from the city center, but it was still worth our stay.

Perfect for our needs
Pros:

We extended our stay in Iceland after a cruise around the island, staying in this hotel and meeting up with family from the United Kingdom. The room and staff were very warm and friendly. Breakfast was filling and the enjoyable. There were many nice restaurants in the area for the other meals. Mass transportation was easily accessible. There was also a lovely garden for the adults and a zoo with a family fun park close by. Surely there is more which we missed too.
