Pros:

Lovely hotel! Very kind, helpful, and thoughtful staff. The woman at the front desk offered to pack a breakfast-to-go for us because we needed to check out before the breakfast service started!

Great Hotel
Pros:

We stayed two nights after getting off a cruise ship. The accommodations were nice, clean & comfortable. The free breakfast was very good with many varieties of food. The yours we booked were able to pick us up here which made it even more convenient. We found good dinner options within walking distance.

War sauber, viele Parkplätze.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ähnelt einer Fabrikhalle. Es gibt Filterkaffee, für andere Sorten muss man extra bezahlen, obwohl der Preis für das Hotel, sogar für isländische Verhältnisse, wirklich hoch genug ist.
Am Tag unseres Besuches in Reykjavik war Marathon und Kulturnacht, deshalb waren in der Innenstadt viele Straßen gesperrt. An der Rezeption konnte man uns nicht weiterhelfen, wo wir parken können oder wie lange es dauern wird, obwohl solche Informationen für Gäste doch wichtig sind. Am Ende gab es genügend Parkplätze am Nationalmuseum und sogar an der Hallgrimskirka haben wir einen gefunden, sodass wir nicht eingeschränkt waren. Wir wären beinahe die 40 Minuten in die Stadt gelaufen.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Excellent Hotel! Close to Great waterfront and restaurants! Sea gf great and rooms although small, were clean and beds soooooo comfortable! Sheets like silk!

Recommendation for Reykjavik Lights by Keahotels
Pros:

The location of the Reykjavik Lights hotel was great. Multiple city buses stopped within a block of the hotel. Multiple restaurants were also nearby. The hotel staff was friendly & helpful and the rooms were clean & quiet.

Great stay
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel with a great breakfast spread! Very clean and comfortable bed! Great stay here. Only thing was it was not walkable to downtown if that matters to you. The front desk staff were very helpful! I ended up taking the bus to downtown more than once. Bus stop was a little down and across the street This was way cheaper than a cab. Which I did use a cab once as well. I stayed here the night before my Ring road tour and one night after the Ring road tour.

I recommend it strongly for families
Pros:

The location is very good, not very far from the downtown. Transportation is prompt and reasonable, and even a taxi ride will not cost too much. However, I don't recommend it because the transportation in this town is so smooth and taxis tend to be pricey. Another thing I liked about the hotel is the friendly staff. Their breakfast is not bad either. Its lobby is very cozy, and they recommend many activities on the island.
