Pros:

Location is excellent, can’t beat it. Walking distance to everywhere. Water refills were much appreciated.

Cons:

Only cleaned the room once while we were there. Even if we put please clean sign it wouldn’t be done unless we specifically request it.

Pros:

La habitación es un poco chica pero muy comoda. Luedo del check-out me olvide unos airpods en la habitación y el hotel me los guardo y me ayudo a coordinar con una amiga que los paso a buscar, muchas gracias por eso!

Cons:

Lo malo es que solo tenia una ventana muy chica sin vista, al menos mi habitación.

Pros:

Quarto amplo e confortável. Localização do hotel excelente.

Cons:

Em relação ao quarto nada. Mas quando fomos ao Rooftop para assistir ao jogo da Copa e jantar o atendente Felix foi ríspido e debochado ao ser questionado sobre qual melhor lugar para ficarmos. Uma pergunta simples mas o mesmo foi debochado e saiu rindo sem dar resposta.

Excellent Service and fantastic location. We couldn’t have chose a better hotel for our few days in Barcelona.
Pros:

Our stay at the Royal Passeig de Gràcia exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. The reception area is beautiful, modern, and inviting, and we were greeted by a welcoming and friendly front desk team.

Our room appeared to be recently remodeled, with comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning (a huge plus during the summer!), and a Nespresso coffee maker that made mornings easy.

One of our favorite spots was the rooftop. Jason provided exceptional service, always greeting us with a smile and going out of his way to accommodate every drink request. His hospitality made it a wonderful place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Jennifer at the front desk was outstanding throughout our stay. She offered fantastic restaurant recommendations, helped us navigate transportation, and provided helpful advice on local excursions. Her knowledge and genuine willingness to help made exploring Barcelona so much easier.

The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better. It’s perfectly situated for shopping and sightseeing, with countless restaurants, cafés, and attractions just steps away.

If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with exceptional service, I highly recommend the Royal Passeig de Gràcia. We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing Hotel, Staff, and Location!
Pros:

This hotel in Barcelona was absolutely excellent. The staff was incredible and amazingly friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location is marvelous, premier shopping, restaurants, and centrally located. Our friends stayed in a 5 star hotel, which was almost triple the price we paid. We upgraded for 50 euros per night which gave us a suite on the 9th floor with views of the familia sagrada, the tallest church in the world that took more than 140 years to complete. Just a block away is Guadi's Casa Mila: La Pedrera. Make sure you buy tickets to tour this architecturally famous building. The breakfast at the hotel is self serve with a great selection of foods. There's an option to sit indoors or outside on the beautiful deck. The manager Diego was fantastic as was AyJay who checked us in and helped us out a lot. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the huge bathroom was wonderful. I highly recommend!!

Great Location and clean
Pros:

Pictures look bigger and nicer than reality. First night the shower was leaking water out to the floor outside. The room is a bit of smell of mould and we opened the window and used AC to refresh the air. It was a bit noisy with the fireworks but stopped before 12 (was prepared about the noise)
