Caro para o que oferece. Localização boa, mas a experiência no geral é pouco confortável.
Pros:

Boa localização para as atrações que eu planejei visitar. O que não estiver a uma distância de caminhada, pode ser resolvida com uma corrida de taxi, durante geralmente 10, ou 15 minutos. O bar no rooftop funciona bem e tem uma linda vista da cidade.

Cons:

O isolamento acústico nos quartos é ruim. No café da manhã, havia pouca variedade de produtos e quase nenhuma fruta. A circulação no salão é confusa devido a disposição das mesas e das máquinas. Os funcionarios são quase todos inesperientes e mal treinados.

Pros:

Llegue muy tarde con mi coche. El personal del hotel es muy amable y en recepción no podían haber sido más atentos a pesar de la hora. Estaba muy agradecida después de un viaje difícil. Me ayudaron a aparcar el coche en el garaje que es muy cómodo. Al día siguiente todos los de recepción fueron muy amables en el check out.

Cons:

Pero la habitación me desilusionó. Hay moqueta en el suelo que siempre me da la sensación de suciedad. Hoy en día no creo que un hotel de 4 estrellas en el Pº de Gracia debería tener moqueta. El baño estaba bien pero hay un par de escalones entre el baño y la habitación que son un poco peligrosos. Sería fácil tropezar. Evidentemente en algún momento alguien ha pensado en poner LEDs para iluminar los escalones pero no acabó la tarea. Sin embargo lo peor de la habitación fueron las almohadas. Las fundas eran más pequeñas que las almohadas con el resultado que sobresalía un trozo de almohada de cada funda. Me dió asco. Me gustaría volver al hotel por su posición en el centro de Barcelona y su excelente garaje pero no con esas fundas de almohada.

I would not return myself as I lost confidence in the hotel security.
Pros:

The location is perfect and safe. The rooms are clean and spacious. The lifts are operated by room keys and the reception is staffed.

Cons:

The room was left open all day by the staff with our belongings within. The staff that had come into the room once we had left for a long day of sightseeing did not close the door behind them.

Pros:

The rooftop was nice but didn’t open until late afternoon; the breakfast was very nice, scrambled eggs were cold though.

Cons:

Our room smelled moldy, the shower leaked into the toilet and bathroom area, there were no USB plug ins, the front desk people were uninformed about local things to go see.
