Old building, musky smells. Nice staff, free parking.
Pros:

Staff were lovely and cleaner did the best job they could. Outside of the building is gorgeous. Parking on opposite side of the road is convenient and you get given a pass code, also free.

Cons:

The smells coming up from the restaurant in to the rooms. The musky smells within the room because it’s such an old building. Although the cleaner did a good job, the rooms need a redo. Furniture worn, carpet worn, bathroom needed new flooring and sealant. Needs freshening up, some deep cleaning and nice smelling diffusers.

Pros:

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The suite we stayed in was clean and tidy and very comfortable.
The food was very nice. The hotel was in a good location to visit The Eden Project.

Cons:

The hotel was good at providing gluten free options but not for a dairy allergy. No dairy free spreads or dairy free milks.

Budget-friendly and welcoming
Pros:

I was looking for a super budget place to stay, so I was not expecting much. It is a good place to set as a base for other activities, very central.

Good breakfast with a menu to choose from at the ground-floor restaurant. The staff was extremely welcoming.

The room itself turned out to be very spacious.

Cons:

Noisy. As my room was right at the staircase, I heard every shuffling, every door slam, and noises from downstairs.

Kinda dark. Because this room is super-cheap, my window was facing the drainage pipes and the back of the building, which limited the amount of natural light.

Pros:

The staff were very pleasant and the food was very good. Would recommend the chicken and ham pie. Great location.

Cons:

The town itself is very quiet in the evening. Lots of places closed early.

Готель розташований в центрі сісти, є своя парковка. Рядом .10 хвилин пішки залізничний вокзал і автобусна станція. До пляжу 45-60 хвилин пішки.
Приємний персонал , кімнати чисті, вбирають кожного дня. Сніданок в англійському стилі, але ситний. Можно обідати і вечеряти. У нас сніданок входив в ціну.

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The staff wasn't very helpful and the hotel was very crowded. Room was very tiny, no place to open the suitcase. The room was hot and without ventilation.
