Personal professionell und freundlich - Zimmer sehr lärmig, Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Das Personal an der Reception und auch im dazugehörigen Restaurant war stets sehr freundlich. Insbesondere ist das Personal an der Reception freundlich und professionell auf unsere Reklamationen (ja, es waren leider mehrere notwendig) eingegangen.

Cons:

Die Bettwäsche schien uns nicht frisch, als wir ankamen. Also beanstandeten wir dies an der Reception, welche unsere Reklamation sehr freundlich entgegen nahm und einen Wechsel ankündigte. Als wir jedoch gegen 22.00 Uhr zurück in unser Zimmer kamen, war überhaupt nichts gemacht. Also gingen wir wieder runter zur Reception, wo uns wiederum freundlich und entschuldigend umgehend ein neuer Bezug versprochen wurde. Ein Hausangestellter erschien dann im Zimmer, hatte jedoch die falschen Bezüge dabei. Also verschwand er wieder und kam dann mit den richtigen Bettlaken zurück, welche wir dann eigenhändig überzogen. Endlich, so dachten wir, konnten wir uns zur Ruhe legen. Von Ruhe war nun jedoch keine Rede! Der Strassenlärm war eine Zumutung. Trotz geschlossener Fenster hatte man das Gefühl direkt unten auf der Strasse zu sein. Morgens erneut der Gang an die Reception mit der Bitte um ein ruhigeres Zimmer für die 2. Nacht. Wiederum eine professionelle Entgegennahme unserer Reklamation. Die nächste Nacht war dann immerhin ruhiger. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer wirkte veraltet und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für uns zusammenfassend ein Aufenthalt, auf den wir im Nachhinein gerne verzichtet hätten und bei welchem für uns das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht stimmte.

Pros:

Posizione eccellente per girare a piedi il centro di Montreal e il Belvedere di Mont Royal.

Cons:

Per qualche oscuro motivo non hanno effettuato le pulizie in camera dopo la prima notte. Non mi aspettavo un trattamento del genere da una struttura di livello. È
questo il motivo del punto in meno nella votazione.
