Quarto amplo e super limpo, estrutura boa principalmente para crianças

Cons:

Camas muito desconfortáveis, ficamos no 306 e o colchão era mole, cama leve que se movia facilmente ao encostar e a cama de solteiro meu filho não pode usar pois chegava a não dar equilíbrio de ficar em cima de tão mole. Para o porte do hotel esperava melhores colchões. Feriado de corpus Cristi, hotel lotado e a piscina não estava bem limpa, o atraso na reposição na área do café até é compreensível dado movimento, mas a limpeza na piscina deixou a desejar, poderiam ter providenciado.

Café da manhã excelente! Equipe super atenciosa e estrutura geral do hotel boa. Localização muito boa!

O nosso quarto era de frente para a rua bastante movimentada. as janelas não tinham vedação acústica, então foi difícil dormir devido ao barulho externo. O elevador travou algumas vezes e fazia muito barulho toda a vez que movimentava (inclusive ouvíamos durante a noite do nosso quarto). A água da piscina estava turva.... enfim, o hotel é bastante antigo e sem sombra de dúvidas necessita de uma reforma urgente.

O hotel não é bom, é espetacular. Melhor café da manhã da serra gaúcha. Mas o atendimento aos hospedes foi o que me impressionou. Todos os funcionários estão de parabéns. Todos muito prestativos, simpáticos e educados. Valeu.

Segue sendo uma ótima opção de Canela/Gramado
Pros:

Há tempos não ia ao Serra Nevada. Escolhi devido à facilidade de reserva e possibilidade de desistência, caso não pudesse viajar. Mas foi ótimo, porque o hotel está muito bom e tivemos uma ótima estadia. Prefiro ficar em Canela.

Cons:

Não houve possibilidade de trocarmos para um quarto com cama de casal (ok, quando reservei já não tinha), mas os colchões de solteiro não estavam muito bons.
