Pros:

Although it looks impressive at first...It is definitely not 5 stars under western standards.

So if you are looking for 5 stars do yourself a favour and choose something else.

Water from the bath was literally brown/ yellow ???

Towels had stained and the list of negative complaints can go on and on...
3.5 stars max !

Cons:

Almost everything except staff are nice 👍

Pros:

広々としていた
スタッフの感じはまあ良い

Cons:

施設の問題ではないが、郊外で周りに何もない
かなり古いホテル。設備老朽化だ
お湯が出るのにかなり時間がかかる
朝食のメニューに変化が乏しい

Pros:

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The rooms were very small and had an unpleasant smell, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. The service was also very poor and the staff were not responsive.

The food experience was equally disappointing. We ordered specific items, but something completely different was delivered, and the delivery was extremely delayed. Overall, the room quality, cleanliness, service, and food were all below expectations.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Family friendly. Amazing staff. Value for money and peaceful.
Pros:

Staffs, facilities, and the breakfast all were outstanding. Miss Biang was very friendly and professional. We appreciate how she helped in many things.

Cons:

Sadly pool was not finctional while our stay but the hotel organized a pool in another hotel for us to use. That was Kind.

On my last day of stay (total 3 nights stay), they said they can't deliver food orders (Zomato/Swiggy) using concierge and I should come and pick from reception. Even though on first two days, they had delivered it to my room
