Not worth the value of money I paid.
Pros:

It is an international hotel so it has good system with very good room space, design and clean.

Cons:

The location is a bit far from any decent restaurant, also the location does not has any nearby places to have a quick walk. Also under booking the hotel does not offer booking dinner within the reservation. The dinner in the hotel is very expensive and they are taking the advantage of no other option nearby. The price of the dinner for one person is equal for a dinner of 4 people outside any high quality restaurants.

Missed the Excellent Mark
Pros:

Rooms Gym Spa...and warm staff.

Cons:

I was on the 14th floor and far away from the elevators but still at night loud music from the hotel party was coming into my room till about 12.30am. It was very irritating and very unlike a 5star hotel. rooms are not sound proof to an extent which stop loud music

Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Gurgaon last weekend. The entire experience was extremely pleasant and relaxing, making it a perfect staycation getaway.

A special mention to Komal from the management team, who went out of her way to make our stay extra special by arranging a beautiful birthday decor in the room. Kishan from housekeeping was incredibly helpful and ensured everything was comfortable throughout our stay. Also, a big thank you to Tarun at the restaurant for paying such close attention to our requirements and making our dining experience memorable.

The warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail by the staff truly stood out. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable staycation experience.
