The hotel was very good and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
The room was spotless and exceptionally clean. It was a pleasure to stay in such a well-maintained environment.
The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to reach most parts of Miraflores on foot.
The breakfast was good and offered a wide variety of options.
We were given a room facing the main street, and it was extremely noisy throughout the night, even with the windows closed. We were awakened many times by sirens, car horns, loud music from nearby clubs, and people in the street. After busy days of sightseeing, we were unable to get proper rest.
On our first morning, the breakfast experience was disappointing. Although we arrived before the end of breakfast service, the staff member on duty told us there was no juice left and did not mention that fresh eggs and pancakes could be ordered. I eventually asked someone from the kitchen, who immediately refilled the juices and was very helpful. On the second morning, a different staff member provided excellent service and proactively offered fresh eggs and pancakes, making for a much better breakfast experience.

We landed after 20 hours of flying and got a message our hotel was changed to another Tierra Viva hotel that was further from our preferred neighborhood. When communicating through booking messaging they responded with a '.'! That was all....So exhausted, we took the taxi to the changed hotel and slept there. This was not customer-friendly at all, we had a pre-booked taxi for the other location and suddenly had to change this all at the last minute.
The hotel is very cozy, clean. The stuff is amazing, big thanks to the girl and a guy at the reception - super friendly

We arrived at noon and were told there will be charge for early check-in so instead went to eat lunch. Upon return at 2pm the room was then not ready until almost 3pm. I witnessed almost exact same thing happen to another family the next day. The staff are a group of very young g men that do not make eye contact or even acknowledge you when you are in front of them.
Breakfast is great, rooms are clean. The hotel is located in northern section of Miraflores, great beachside running paths nearby.
