Great location, great breakfast, very cozy and confortable room, very respectable staff. Overall very good cost-benefit, it exceeded my expectations and I would happily go back.
We only stayed for a very brief overnight stay but enjoyed our stay at this property. The reception staff were very warm on our arrival. As we were leaving early the next morning at 5am, they offered to prepare a packed breakfast for us. The bed was comfortable and we slept really well.

迎えのタクシーを用意していただいたのですが、ホテルとの連携が悪く、40分待っても来なかったので別途ウーバーでホテルに向かいました。
ウーバー、タクシーたくさんありますしピックアップサービスはなくても問題ないと思いました。

Localização e conforto do quarto
The hotel is located in the heart of Miraflores district and Jason to the Kennedy Park. The reception staff very helpful and professional. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The walls are not very thick as you can hear noises from adjacent rooms. The beds are comfortable and iron can be requested from the reception.
I would’ve given it a four star but for the restaurant. Located on the ninth floor the breakfast bread is limited. For people who have early starts it opens only at 6 am and if you arrive by 6:10, most of the hot food has not yet been prepared. The chef is very unprofessional and I am sorry to say incompetent. You can request omelette or waffles but it takes a very long time to arrive. Despite specifically mentioning that I am vegetarian my omelette arrived after 25 minutes containing ham and when questioned about it the chef seemed to just shrug it off as a simple mistake. For a hotel based in miraflores which is well renowned for it restaurants and cafés such as slip is unacceptable. I hope that hotel management looks into employing suitable and professional chefs .
