Boa opção em Miraflores
Pros:

Agradeço toda a equipe do hotel Tierra Viva Larco por tornar nossa viagem em família mais acolhedora. Tivemos um pequeno imprevisto com o nosso quarto, e fomos surpreendidos pelo empenho dos funcionários. Eles foram solícitos e ágeis para resolver a situação, nos dando total suporte e oferecendo a opção de nos realocar para outro hotel da mesma rede ou a mudança para um outro quarto a partir do dia seguinte. Essa postura compreensiva e focada no bem-estar do hóspede nos deixou muito tranquilos.
Outro destaque da nossa estadia foi o café da manhã. O senhor Edu, que visivelmente se empenha todos os dias para oferecer um serviço excepcional. Sempre muito atencioso.
Recomendo o hotel, pela excelente localização, bom conforto e custo e principalmente pela qualidade humana e profissionalismo de toda a equipe.

Cons:

Alguns quartos são barulhentos à noite. Prefira os de finall 1, 2 e 3. Evite os de final 4 nos andares mais baixos.

Cons:

처음 묵었을 땐 직원이 얼리체크인을 9시에 해줬어요. 쿠스코를 다녀와서 다시 묵었을 때는 얼리체크인을 해주는 대신 돈을 청구해서 황당했어요. 공사를 했는지 물이 단수가 되서 오후2-4시까지 화장실 사용을 할 수 없어 불편했어요.
