Os funcionários muito prestarivos, em especial a recepcionista Ana que alocou minha família em quartos vizinhos, o que nos deixou mais tranquilos e confortáveis. A localização é excelente próximo a restaurantes, posto policial, lugar tranquilo e muito agradável para famílias. O café da manhã bem variado e completo que agrada todos os paladares.

Pros:

Gostei do quarto, da área externa das piscinas, do café da manhã, sempre muito diversificado, atendendo a todos os gostos. Observei que a rotina de limpeza das piscinas e da área externa é pontual e o ambiente sempre está limpinho. As camareiras são muito delicadas na arrumação do quarto e na ornamentação das toalhas dispostas no mesmo.

Cons:

Não gostei de não ter sido informado que o estacionamento era pago por fora, pois essa informação deve ser repassada com total clareza no ato da reserva, além do que não é coberto, meu carro ficou exposto. O cardápio do jantar poderia ser mais diversificado, pois tem pessoas que têm o hábito de tomar um leite com cuscuz, por exemplo, e a cozinha não disponibiliza. Outra coisa, o chuveiro precisa de um concerto, pois não fica na temperatura ideal para banho. Nesse quesito , o hotel deixa muiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiito a desejar. 😡

Hotel viejo y con poco personal.
Pros:

La piscina y la playa.

Cons:

El edificio no tiene mantenimiento, despintado, carece de sillas en la playa y te cobran el uso de la toalla. El personal no da abasto con el trabajo del hotel, en el desayuno se acabó el café! Falta personal.
