The hotel offers the TRANSFER IN service (only from Foz do Iguaçu Airport to the Hotel) free of charge only on arrival, this being an outsourced service that is available for reservations of 02 days or more and must be scheduled up to 72 hours in advance, being It is necessary to inform the hotel reservation center of the flight details (airline, flight number arriving in Foz and arrival time).
TRANSFER OUT (hotel/airport) is not included.
For last minute reservations it is not possible to schedule the TRANSFER IN.

We inform that reservations of 5 or more rooms are considered as a group. In this case, full payment must be made immediately after booking, along with the submission of the rooming list. For group reservations, we do not offer complimentary rooms. In case of cancellation, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Mmm niet echt aanrader
Pros:

Behalve de bedden die oké waren, geen idee. Kan niets zeggen over de buitenruimte met zwembad, want daar ben ik niet geweest.

Cons:

Leek in de verste verte niet op de foto's zoals getoond op Booking. Vieze vloerbedekking op de gang en alles uit de jaren 70.

Gostei e indico.
Pros:

Excelente hotel, atendentes prestativos, educados e solícitos.

Cons:

O chuveiro é péssimo, quarto 116 troquem com urgência, as roupas de cama tbm deixam o hotel que é top com aspecto de hotel mal cuidado, itens rasgados.

O hotel dá transfer gratuito do aeroporto p o hotel, e do hotel p o aeroporto. MÁS NÃO DA A MESMA COISA DA RODOVIÁRIA DE FOZ QUE É BEM MAIS PRÓXIMO.
Questionei o pessoal p ver a possibilidade de dá um desconto, nem se preocuparam. E para ajudar colocaram a gente em um quarto onde o quarto vizinho estava sendo reformado. Não precisa nem falar que quando chegávamos mais cedo e queríamos descansar não precisa nem falar que era impossível. FURADEIRAS,MAQUINAS DE CORTE DE PISO A TODO VAPOR,MARRETADAS, CONVERSAS ALTAS ENTRE OS OPERÁRIOS.
Eu questionei o funcionário da recepção na esperança que ele ao menos oferecesse outro quarto, nem ligou. Obs :Eu não exigi um outro quarto, esperava que o senhor com quem eu falei oferecesse, más não foi o que aconteceu.
Se eu voltaria nesse hotel?

Se iria indicar para alguém da família que por sinal é grande?

Iria repassar a minha experiência para depois a pessoa não me crucificar.

Bom local e facilidade com a Loumar turismo com um representante dentro do hotel.

Cons:

Não tem vaga de estacionamento para motos e pedem para colocar num depósito, com passagem de funcionários... Colocamos 2 motos nesse espaço e ainda cobraram diárias de cada moto. Deveriam pelo menos dividir o valor!!!
