Pros:

La piscina e il panorama sul lago di Garda.

Cons:

Non era chiaro che il ristorante interno alla struttura avesse un altro gestore e il menu della sera prevedeva solo piatti con prezzi elevati.

E’ stato solo per un giorno…….ma la vista sul lago ci ha ripagato ampiamente.
Pros:

Direi che c’era parecchia scelta e per noi italiani che normalmente prendiamo cappuccio e brioche, e’ più che sufficiente.

Cons:

Unica nota se vogliamo dire negativa, la luce nel disimpegno della camera che si accendeva di notte ad ogni minimo movimento……comunque lo abbiamo fatto notare alla reception e avrebbero provveduto.

מעולה ואין ספק כאשר נחזור לאיטליה נשהה במלון הזה שוב.
Pros:

הייתי עם הבת שלי,
היה מקסים ומאוד מהנה שירות יוצא מהכלל ומאוד נהנינו מכול רגע.
השירות היה מושלם מהרגע שנכנסנו למלון והאדיבות שלהם פשוט מושלמת.
וניקיון החדר בוצע על בסיס יומי.

Peccato non valorizzare strutture cosi' ben posizionate!

ottima posizione con vista sul lago, balcone fruibile e bella piscina con vista, personale alla reception molto cordiale e collaborativo

Cons:

colazione appena sufficiente, alle ore 09.30 il buffet era quasi vuoto , nessun refill e tante stoviglie abbandonate ovunque.
Camera grande per due persone ma molto sporca, ragni, ragnatele, materiale in balcone rotto, piano cucina arrugginito , poca cura dei dettagli nelle aree comuni, sdraio in piscina rotte , verde mal tenuto, doccia in piscina che perde acqua ecc. Peccato perche' la posizione dell'hotel è davvero unica e qualche accortezza in piu' avrebbe reso il soggiorno piu' piacevole

Sehr laut , kein deutsch ,fast kein Englisch
Das Frühstück :Semmelkorb war meist leer, erst nach Anfrage wurde auf gefüllt , auch bei Wurst, Obst und Käse . Für die Marmelade war leider kein Gefäß da

Super Aussicht auf den See tolle große Terrasse

Cons:

Es wurde in den Zimmern kein Tee und Kaffee aufgefüllt. Tassen wurden auch nicht ausgewechselt. Dreckige Tassen wurden einfach stehen gelassen. Balkon wurde gar nicht geputzt.

Die ganze Hotel war toll. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir durften unsere Motorräder vor der Lobby parken. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und modern eingerichtet, ideal für Motorradfahrer inkl tollen Seeblick. Das Zimmer hatte ein modernes sauberes Bad. Der Pool war fantastisch mit schönen Ausblick auf den Gardasee.
