Cons:

Noisy room by the road, no a/c, could not open window due to noise. Uncomfortable as a result. Breakfast was very basic for the price.

Pros:

Super emplacement en plein centre ville à 50m du virtual market. Grande chambre propre avec frigo et machine nespresso avec dosettes offertes. Décoration. Très bonne literie. Salle de bain moderne avec fenêtre et grande douche. parking sur place (un peu cher) super personnel

Pros:

Stayed for two nights. Single room consisted of a comfy twin bed, desk/chair, and bathroom with shower. Very comfy for September - small fan was supplied which helped. Water pressure and temp was very adequate. I did arrive early and was able to leave my backpack so I could tour the city. Service was very professional and assisted multiple times to this silly American. I did not try the attached restaurant/bar. Fantastic location which allowed me to explore the neighborhoods South and West. Close to the tour sights of Munich. Excellent experience. Highly recommend.

Cons:

The pillows could use a refresh - not a complaint, just a suggestion. :)
