Πρωινό δε. Πηρα για δικους μου λόγους, αλλά από ότι ειδα από το μπουυφε ειναι ικανοποιητικο η τοποθεσια όμως δεν παιζεται ειναι εξαιρετική , το προσωπικό ειναι πολυ φιλικό και ευγενικο με καλη διάθεση να σε εξυπηρετηση

Très bon établissement pour l'hôtel et le restaurant
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, avec côté mer une vue exceptionnelle. L'hôtel est en bout de quai ce qui permet d'être au calme. Bonnes prestations pour les chambres (exemple : thé, café, bouteilles d'eau à disposition). Le personnel est très professionnel. Le petit déjeuner dans une salle agréable avec également des tables en terrasse propose un choix important qui comprend également de la cuisine crétoise.
Les cocktails sont délicieux.

This hotel has great amenities in a fantastic location.
Pros:

It’s located on the water at the edge of town so it’s quiet at night. The best hotel in all of Chania. The food and staff are excellent.

Very Nice Hotel in Chania
Pros:

We were upgraded to a larger room (a suite), which was very much appreciated. Our traveling companions did complain that their room was very small, so I do need to mention that. The location was amazing...perfect for exploring the old town and the harbor area, with great restaurants and shopping very nearby. The breakfast was delicious and the price of the hotel was reasonable. We were placed in a room that was very convenient, which was much appreciated.

Cons:

The staff were friendly and helpful, but frankly seemed distracted at times. Pleasant, but less service-oriented than at other hotels we visited on this trip.

The service, cleanliness, and overall experience exceeded all our expectations. Honestly, we were surprised to learn that this hotel is only rated 3 stars, because it definitely deserves much more.
