The most wonderful week ever!
Pros:

The location was fabulous! It is harborfront, so the breakfast is which is included is on the street in front of the harbor. Wonderful beautiful sites, excellent people watching day and evening.
Close to many excellent restaurants and shopping. Walk everywhere.
Free parking. Very helpful staff . Excellent breakfast.

No complaints. It was perfect

Everything! The hotel in general and the location in the a little bit more quiet corner of the Old Harbor was a great experience. The staff was fabulous, incredibly friendly, attentive and caring. They do their best to make guests feel comfortable and at home.
The Classic Double Room with balcony and harbor view was beautiful, spacious enough for a solo traveler with great storage possibilities, comfy bed and bathroom.
Breakfast is delicious!

Cons:

There is absolutely nothing to complain about.

Pros:

Locatia hotelului este la maxim 2-3 min de mers pe jos fata de centru, dar intr-o zona linistita, nu am avut probleme cu zgomotul. Baia spatioasa, foarte bine gandita. Parcare cu acces doar pentru cei cazati la hotel, accesul se face cu cartela. Personal foarte prietenos.

Cons:

Camerele sunt micute. Este loc pentru maxim 1 troler de cala deschis, dar este suficient spatiu de a depozita hainele in dulap. Ma asteptam la mai mult de la micul dejun, poate o diversitate mai mare la partea de bufet ar fi mai ok.

A truly excellent hotel in a fantastic location right on Chania’s Venetian Harbour. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional. We also really appreciated the well-organized airport transfer. A beautiful, peaceful hotel and the perfect base for exploring Chania on foot. A wonderful experience — we would definitely stay here again!
