Everything. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Europe: no air conditioning (it was hot inside and 35°C+ outside), sheep wandering around with bells clanging all night right under the window, a swarm of flies in the room, squeaky beds, a sticky bathroom floor, no light in the shower, one pillow for two people, and an online-only reception. Breakfast was supposed to cost 20 CHF, but the online receptionist claimed it was 40 CHF. I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone; I have no idea who gave a 3-star rating to this disaster of a hotel.
Die Lage am Stadtrand von Orbe ist ruhig, aber man ist dann eben auch recht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Das Zimmer war ok, die Betten bequem. Es gab einen Kühlschrank, aber leider nur einen Stuhl für zwei Personen.
Das Checkin geht über Video mit einer Zentrale, es ist kein Personal vor Ort. Nur dank der Hilfe eines Mitarbeiters des Restaurants konnten wir die Schlüsselbox öffnen.

Accueil à l'hôtel avec quelqu'un en visio ! Au moment de payer, étant français ,la personne incompétente pour me faire payer en euros se trompe dans le montant en me donnant un prix farfelu avec des explications complétement fausses . N'ayant pas fait attention lors du paiement avec la carte bleue ,je m'en suis aperçu juste après validation du paiement . Une autre personne en visio est arrivée en remplacement . Quelques excuses de leur erreur .Cependant je ne suis toujours pas remboursé depuis un mois et demi !

Réception par écran personnel en télétravail c'est bizarre mais plutôt cool
Pour un 3 étoiles pas de cafetière ou de bouilloire la propreté était 5/10 et le prix ne reflète pas du tout la réalité des prestations comparable
