Definitely the hotel to stay in Krakow
Pros:

Top location, close to the central train station and the shopping mall, and just a short walk to the city centre.
Smart rooms are nice and quiet.
Hotel staff was warm, attentive, and always ready to help.

Excellent experience in Puro Hotel Krakow
Pros:

Puro Hotel is a top hotel when you visit Krakow. The location is near to the old city. It's a renovated hotel with good, modern accomodation, all accomodation that you need! . Every day good cleaned up.
The reception is all day at your service. They are very helpfull and 24 hours at disposal.
Breakfast was very good, all you need, very good presented.
I was there as a tourleader of a group. Before arrival I had several contacts with Paulina. I got in a little time answer to all my mails with good and correct information.
A hotel realy to recommend!!

Great bed
Pros:

Lovely stay in a convenient location. What helpful, friendly staff including, Bruno, Natalie and Adam. The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved the pillows.
