Pros:

Hotel idealnie przy samym PKP a na tym mi zależało bo musiałam się szybko przetransportować na lotnisko ;)
Poza tym jest bardzo ładnie. W hotelu też jest fajna restauracja.

Amazing trip thank you!
Pros:

Everything was amazing about our stay the location, facilities etc.

Cons:

The aircon didn’t work in our room, it was very hot with the big window which was a shame.

I really liked the hotel's interior design and solutions, wonderful furnishings, modern design!

Clean and beautiful hotel at a very convenient location in Krakow
Pros:

The location is very convenient: just across the train station and very close to the old town city centre. A lot of options to eat, get a snack or a drink are also very close. The hotel offers a restaurant and bar in case you do not want to leave the accommodation. The staff was very friendly. The room is not that large/big but it is very clean, well maintained and modern. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros:

The location is at least 20 to 25 minute walk to Old Town. There is a huge shopping mall nearby which is a plus. Staff are friendly and helpful. The property is definitely on the old side as compared to the modern decor at Puro Warsaw. The shower glass that separates the toilet area is definitely too small and the water splashes everywhere. Given the age of the building and the size of the bathroom, I think Puro has done its best. The only thing they can do is to provide additional towels so that the guest can line the floor better. Overall experience is good.
