Great choice in Kraków
Pros:

Excellent location opposite train station. Very comfortable bed. Intelligently designed room with lots of outlets for charging devices. Paperless everything. Nice bar. Excellent breakfast.

Molt recomanable. Molt cómode a 5' de la Barbacana i a 30' del Wawel

El llit i els coixins són super còmodes!!! Habitacions correctes amb gran finestral i bany reformat. Personal molt atent

Hotel attaccato a tutti i collegamenti treno (Aeroporto), bus e tram con la quale si possono raggiungere miniera del Sale, Fabbrica di Schindlers etc. . Il centro o la zona pedonale sono vicinissimi. Ho trovato eccezionale la macchina delle bevande calde ( the, latte, caffè’ )non quella classica degli uffici. E’ posta in un angolo dell’atrio dell’hotel a disposizione h 24 e gratuita per i clienti,io l’ho utilizzata più volte .Letto comodissimo con possibilità di scelta dei cuscini.Personale disponibile .

Visiting Poland for the first time ever, finding ancestors churches and cemeteries! And Aschwitz!

Alot of construction during the day, sounded like a jack hammer!!
Saturday night was alittle loud in out hallway with some party boys!
Coffee machine seemed to break down during our visit.

Lovely and convenient hotel
Pros:

Friendly reception staff, Comfy bed, lovely shower, the shampoo smelled so nice, across the road from main station, free cuppachinos and clean room.

Cons:

The fridge in our room did not cool.

Cons:

Pokój nie wyglądał tak na zdjęciach w rezerwacji. Pokój był bardzo słabo wyciszony. W nocy słychać było przejeżdżające ulicą samochody co uniemożliwiało spanie. Wyciszenie od strony korytarza również pozostawiało sporo do życzenia ponieważ było słychać zamykanie się drzwi sąsiednich pokoi. Byłem wcześniej w hotelach sieci PURO w Warszawie, Łodzi, Wrocławiu i byłem zadowolony. Obiekt w Krakowie nie spełnia standardów za które się płaci. Nie polecam Hotelu PURO Kraków Stare Miasto.
