The only place to stay in Kotor!
Pros:

Perfect location, large comfortable room and friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Shame the bar is only used for making drinks at breakfast. There is a circular bar outside the dining room and a lovely terrace overlooking the old town. A perfect spot for a nightcap or pre evening drink. They are missing an opportunity. We also had an issue with the hot water and low pressure but it was so hot outside, we didn’t ming a cool shower.

Avoid Avoid Avoid.. There are better options in Old Town.

Apart from the location, there is nothing really this property offers.

Cons:

The air conditioning did not work at all in room 201 & 203. The rooms receive direct sun & it felt like being in a steam sauna 24x7. We planned to celebrate our father's 70th birthday & my daughter's 13th Birthday. But the hotel ensured we had a bad one. The breakfast was a pittance. i recommend you to avoid it & eat at several options within the old town. The lady at the front desk rarely wore a smile. We complained for 3 days, but the manager chose to be away for the Boka festival, and the front desk could not do any thing. There was no hot water in the taps for 2 days.

Pros:

Hotel muito central, junto à entrada da parte antiga de Kotor e do porto.
Pessoal muito simpático e atento, bom pequeno almoço.
O quarto era grande e confortável com vista para a praça principal.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel in the middle of old town. Everything is at a walking distance and the views are lovely! We got the room with a balcony which was an added plus point. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well.

Disappointed and over priced

Cons:

There was a fashion event that was going on in the square outside the hotel. Apparently events are fairly common. We were not advised of this prior to our visit and feel we should have been. The metal staging was erected on our first evening/ night- until at least 4am. The 2nd night was the show- crowds made it difficult to access and leave the hotel. Our 3rd night was the show again and then the runway etc was dismantled; this took all night. Our balcony overlooked the square and the experience purchased was not as advertised. Despite our complaints ( and other guests) only 10% refund was offered. This was meant to be our 3 days of luxury within a 3 week trip to Montenegro. So disappointed and what a waste of money. Also the booking stated 10% of food and drinks but the hotel only said it was for food when we checked in. The take away breakfast was very poor.
